In other news I need to get off my .... and mix soon. I have written 2-3 recipes I’m not really likely to like but I want to try them anyway. Also need to remix a couple favs.

Also need to try my sft of Cottage Cheese. Been putting that off.

Is it chunky in the bottle?:D

OKAY - Just as a possible FYI:

After reading a number of post about the Sceptre and which coil is best to use, especially for flavor . . . I been wondering if everyone knew that the Sceptre comes preset at a higher wattage and that they could change the "wattage" - "Boost Mode" . . . 1.2 coil 9 - 10 Watts & 0.5 coil 18 - 20 Watts . . . Might help some to enjoy their vape more without changing coils . . . ;)

I have a plan for trying the Cottage Cheese. I did an sft of Shortbread Biscuit also. My plan is to put some Shortbread Biscuit in a tank and after I try that I will add some Cottage Cheese to it.

The other day I mixed up some e liquid. I used some salt nic. Bad idea. I tried it before but only a few puffs. I brought a tank of it to work Monday night I found out I'm allergic/bad response to salt nic. I have taken two days off from work. N/V (nausea/vomiting) in addition to ripping up my throat. I was expectorating blood. Lesson learned. Work sucks but it sucks more now than ever. I was trying to increase my nic level. It must be a chemical in the salt nic that dries out the throat

Having lived in Florida for so long, they have their own site.

Yep! I love Florida's site! I started searching for unclaimed money, safety deposit box contents, etc. for friends, family, co-workers, etc. in 2000. So far I'm up to $26,782 found for people I personally know, who didn't have any idea the state had something for them.

Have found it for people I don't know, too. Many think it's a scam when I've let them know the state has something for them. But quite a few have contacted me after filing a "claim" for what was being held, and receiving it....to thank me for notifying them about it. One very elderly lady cried while talking with me on the phone, because the money helped her pay off some back taxes when she was about to lose her home she'd lived in for 40 years.

So, it's worth a try, IMO, for everyone to check their own state's website (if they have 1), to see if there's anything there for them. It doesn't cost anything to do it.

That sounds very unpleasant and I hope you're better now. Can you just raise your nic level with regular nic?

Same thing happened to me also except my reaction was not as severe as yours. In order not to waste my remaining Nic I would add just a small amt to a reg mix. Eventually it got used. I think these companies just overload the salt to ensure max absorption. Never shake that nic right before mixing. When I got to the bottom of my bottle I swear there was at least 1 inch of unabsorbed salt just sitting on the bottom. Never bought nic salt again.

I did know and have been running mine in boost with the .5 coil. I could hardly tell the difference between 9 and 10 watts with the 1.2 coil. I would have liked to see something like 9 and 13 for the low settings.

Which is funny, because I would think that the freezer would have to work less in a frozen environment. But yeah, it said to avoid extreme temperatures.
From what I've read, the compressor doesn't turn on as often or sometimes even at all if the freezer is someplace that's cold. But @FranC's have been fine on the porch or in the garage in New Hampshire, so obviously this isn't always a problem.

In my opinion, the 1.2 has better flavor but it was too cool of a vape for me. I stocked the .5 coils.
Maybe that’s what I’m not able to accurately describe. I normally vape @12-15w, but the 0.5 isn’t too warm.

I never understood that. When I got my nic freezer I did a bit of checking on the internet and that was what all the experts said. I was planning to put mine in a room I had built on the back of the detached garage but it gets very cold here and I was put off by what I read. A lot of people said don't do it but I don't remember any good explanations of why. It upsets the thermostat if it gets colder than the freezer wants to go or something.

I'm kind of glad now. I have in on a side table next to the computer desk where I do my mixing and it's convenient.
Yeah, it seems so counterintuitive, doesn't it? But I think if the ambient temperature is cold enough, the freezer assumes everything's hunky-dory and doesn't turn on, with the result that the inside of the freezer can end up the same temperature as the environment. Not a problem, of course, if it's consistently below zero outside, but that's often not the case, and if, say, the freezer ends up cooling down only to 20 degrees, that's not optimal for storage.

I also read something about moisture buildup up messing with the insulation.

Who knows? I play it safe and do what they tell me.

Even colder, Zazie. It was/is on an outside deck with just a roof over it.

Don't blame you: it'll probably be nasty solo. I bet it might be a nice addition to your cheesecakes, though (which is probably why you bought it in the first place).

Yes, that is why I got it. I've also branched out with some other chezzy recipes. I never did an sft on the Brie or Mascarpone and I'm not sure what processed me to do an sft on this one.
