Why will the top shelf hold 15-20 bottles when the bottom one can only accommodate 10?Interesting - What size bottles are you using?
It took 15 8oz bottles for 4 liters of NIC - which 10 took up the whole bottom of the freezer . . . And the other 5 bottles on the top shelf leaving just enough room for approximately another 10 - 15 8oz bottles . . .

The bottom part of the back panel comes in a bit. I believe it is to accommodate the compressor.

I noticed today a few people were talking about Nick Evans and a doughnut base recipe he has. I have liked some of his recipes. Most of them generally have some one off flavor that I never have. He even seems to have a brand in some of his recipes that is foreign to me. But that doughnut base looks intriguing... I may have to place an order just so I can see if people are being honest about it.
