That is great news... I've been looking for a custard like that (most are too much for me... "cloying" whatever that means?)
Give FLV Vanilla Custard try.

IMO FLV Vanilla Custard does not have that "eggy" thing going on. It sits more on the vanilla side.

Regular FLV Custard does have the "eggy" thing and no vanilla.

I wouldn't pass on FA Custard Premium though. It's currently my favorite custard. Much less "eggy" and not as in your face as CAP Vanilla Custard v1.

And it doesn't take much to influence a mix. I've used it from 0.25% - 1%. I thought it was too much at 1%. Currently I use it 0.25% - 0.75%.

DIYorDie's Wayne did a nice review and video for FA custard premium. "Simply put, it’s the best custard flavoring we have available in DIY today." FlavourArt's Custard Premium is GOLD (Hard to Get, Yet Very Valuable) | DIY OR DIE Vaping
Last I checked you can't get it in the states. Bought mine from Chef's.

I still love and regularly use my CAP Van Custard v1 though.

BTW... Cloying: disgust, excess of sweetness, richness.

Mom still has mine, in the original box. My brothers and I spent hours playing Pong
Some of those old computer/video games especially in the original box are worth big bucks now. Not saying Pong is, but you should take a look on the internet.

I remember when Pong came out, the first video game.
Me too. When my son was in a special vocational program in high school, he had a really good teacher (he was learning about computers) and Impressed everyone when he created a better version of Pong (it may be a simple game but programming from scratch is not easy) I remember working with BASIC on a Texas Instruments computer years ago (before hard drives or even floppy drives) Does anyone remember tape drives?

Just curious...sounds like you have PS5 and Xbox. Which do you think is better, especially for a 67-year-old dude who isn't really into gaming all that much? I'm not convinced I need to explore that world, but I am at an age where I want to seek new diversions, especially during the cold-weather months.
Don't have a clue but my son is into gaming (and very into techno aspect of it) Myself, I do know the Playstaion is a great multi-media device too.

The only games I remember playing was centipede and then original Mario bro. I cannot play most games these days because I have motion sickness and it comes out whenever I tried to play games. I gave up on the notion years ago. I cannot even watch the husband play.
I have mild epilepsy (and specifically can't be around strobe lights... even in movies... have to look away) Didn't get into gaming because it made me feel nauseous. Found out even moving stripes and patterns triggers it.

Thanks @DLKnives and @Skeebo for your input on the gaming systems. I'll do some research on them.

I'm sort of just looking for a cold-weather hobby. I've started reading more again. It's something I used to do incessantly, but I've gotten away from it the past few years.

Also thinking of building a computer just to see if I can do it. I think I can, but I have what my doctor calls "essential tremor", especially in my dominant right hand. That makes doing anything requiring fine motor skills a bit of a challenge.

    Anyway, thanks again.

Wow, such a beautiful dog. I think it's pretty amazing how much desire this breed shows towards training.

We did lose him last week and we just received his ashes today. He was our first GSD and we have already agreed, we will be getting another one. I've never owned a dog quite like Kai, and from everything I have read this seems to be the way it is with the breed.

I trained him myself, which was new territory for me at the time. It was more of a testament to him that it was towards me. I have owned many dogs in my lifetime, all of course, the best dog ever... but owning a GSD was just very different. I am probably stuck on GSDs for life now.
Just went back and found Kai's photo. Gorgeous.

GSD's are easily trained. They want to please, big time. They love to work with you as a team. They want to have something to do. Great with family.

We've always done our own training too. We would train our dogs together. With Schutzhund either my wife, or I, were the handler while our friend guided us along in the training up at her facilty.

Males are much easier to train. They learn who Alpha is quickly. Most female GSD's I've seen and worked with are pretty headstrong. As in "I am pack leader" and constantly challenging you. My Carli girl is super intense and has a very high drive. Those are my favorite kind.

My earliest memories are of GSD's. Growing up we always had at least one. Pretty sure I learned how to talk Dog before Human speak.

I've heard that exact same thing about female GSDs. When we lived in Phenix City Alabama we were very near to an Army base (don't know which one). A guy who trained dogs for the military said female GSDs were better for personal protection. I don't know if that's true or not, I always got the idea that Kai would not tolerate much from strangers.

Thanks for the compliment. He was only 10 months old in those pics. His mother was a black and tan and his father was a very tall lanky, white colored GSD. Kai was white but still had tan markings. Here is a picture of him from about 8 months ago:

I've noticed that a good number of people on ECF, VU, POtV and ELR use their same ID across other online sites. o_O

I spent much of my life in large-scale corporate IS/IT and that is a big time no-no. Devious types know this is what many people do. It makes their task much easier. There are crawling bots nowadays. ECF gets hit by bots 24/7/365, https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/online/?type=robot .

Wonder how many use the same passwords across sites too. These days my PW's are a minimum of 16 randomly chosen characters, numbers etc.. ;)

I also know people who refuse to change the default passwords on their home routers/gateways and other home networked devices. Kind of like leaving all your doors and windows unlocked.

Ya can lead horse to water... blah, blah, blah. :D

So then, DIY... let's mix!
I never use the same password (use a random generator as well), but I didn’t know same name would be a problem since I do that????

Yep, that is similar to the one I had. Had a short range and would start to roam within a few miles.
The one that came in the “suitcase”, with a cord on the handset , had the best reception. Weighed a bloody ton. The “brick” was at least portable, but less reliable.

It's great that you use a random gen for your PW's. If you have strong enough passwords it theoretically shouldn't be an issue. By strong I mean a min of 12 characters plus numbers and including special characters. 16 is even better.

I change PW's for all banking, other financial, CC's and PP monthly. Other places, it all depends. I trust no site to keep my data and info secure.

There is SW that can crack a PW of 8 characters, or less, in days.

I could go on. But now I need sleep.

    G-night all. :)
