Have you tried using it at a slightly lower percentage to what you use now? Sometimes, using a little less, can help to hide some of the more subtle (and if unwanted) secondary notes.. It's probably the roasted aspect of that flavor that reminds me of coffee. Maybe I should try mixing it with vt caramel mocha.
