I posted the Julia Su banana bread recipe. Is that the one you’re thinking of?
Yes! I knew it was a banana bread but (obviously) didn't remember that it and the Julia Su recipe were one and the same. Thank you for reposting it so I don't have to backtrack.

I made it off my lazy .... and got the Grapefruit Yogurt mixed. Let the steeping begin. I think I may mix the other MF stuff with Biscuit except the Raspberry. I found out after I ordered that it’s not the best raspberry. Therefore I’ll use it up by mixing with other raspberry.

Dark out. I do hate this time change :(
This stretch between the end of daylight savings and the winter solstice is one of my favorite times of year. I'm also fond of the period between the beginning of daylight savings and the summer solstice.

It's on ELR as OhoSsOhO. The creator says a 7 day steep is needed, but I didn't like it till the 3 week mark.
Yea, it really sucks (I delayed and out of tobacco mix... now have to mix some and let it steep (at least two weeks)
I also ran out of cheesecake (ouch... that needs a much longer steep)

Then I misunderstood... so many people use the cheesecake flavor that has graham in the name and assume you don't need to add that.
She had both cheesecake and extra graham in her recipe. Make sure you know what you’re talking about before you try to start and argument

    Somewhere between here and there
So I washed by bottles in the dishwasher (top rack, plastic mesh to hold them down... with zip ties) Washed the caps by hand. Worked perfectly (no detergent and quick wash) Now I just need a way to dry them. Anyway, was only 23 bottles but they are so clean and easy peasy.

Someone on this thread said they dry faster if you lay them on their side. Not sure if it’s true since I set them to dry then forget about them for a week.

Important question: I screwed up and didn't save the blog after adding to it the last time, and I'm not sure what I need to add again. Didn't somebody post a banana bread recipe recently? I searched but didn't find it. And I know you posted a Julia Su recipe, @hittman, but it was a screenshot so searching won't find it. Would you remind me?
I had posted a banana nut bread that I was working on, maybe that's what you are thinking about
not sure if it's really blog worthy though, I'd need to make it again...fairly sure it needs some tweaking before I could say blog it. was just trying to give redbird some ideas

there's already graham cracker in it ;)
went with the vanilla custard to add a bit more creaminess and vanilla is used in making real cheesecake....but I think i'll lower the % on that one next time

eh trying to work on a good plain cheesecake first, then once happy with that I'll work on adding fruits :)

na that doesn't matter....it's just at 4% it's going to overpower most everything else

you're going to end up with more of a banana cream then banana nut bread

something I was working on, if you want to play with
    diyfs banana nut bread 5%
    tfa banana 2.5%
    tfa banana ripe .5%
    wf walnut 2%
    tfa bavarian cream 2%
    diyfs cinnamon 1.5%
    tfa acetyl pyrazine .5%
    tfa kentucky bourbon .5%
    rf baked bread .10%

sorry but no (just having it int the name means nothing ;) ) Even Fran agrees with me about this.
um....don't know what you are talking about there
it has 2% tfa graham cracker clear.....it really doesn't need anymore added....but thanks anyways

I’m having trouble thinking of 2 flavor mixes for some of the flavors I have coming. Could use ideas for Sour Lime, Buttermilk, the rest I have ideas on.
hm....buttermilk biscuits/pancakes? but you don't like sweet so much so um.....hm....
maybe add it to some yogurt or ice cream with a sour fruit?

the lime could pair well with many fruits or even in that lemon cake you have :) or in a cookie for a sour cookie
    raspberry (or strawberry) limeade
    sour lime cheesecake

I'm not sure if that was the recipe but good to know you are aware of adding extra graham (just mentioned it because it's a common misunderstanding...)

I think it’s the biscuit I was thinking of for the Buttermilk and yogurt for the lime.
