while the la cheesecake is nice, it is a bit sweet

I like a good plain cheesecake but there again I prefer it more cheesy and almost tart instead of sweet

It's a weird coincidence but last night I set up apple pay on my phone with my credit card. I should be ok from here on out. Apple pay uses virtual or one time card numbers each time you make a purchase and never gives out your real card number. I'll just have to make sure to do online purchases on my phone or my wife's macbook. I really haven't used the credit card for much besides bill pay and have really only been using Paypal for ecig purchases. Evidently when my credit card company issued the new card, they updated the card information with my bill pay accounts and Walmart must have shown on that list since I had the card on file there. Walmart called Fedex and stopped the delivery and issued a credit so the person that ordered will be sadly disappointed. I'm just tired of dealing with this crap.

I hear you! It pisses me off that people just want to hack/steal from others. My last hack/theft on my card a few years back was food purchases. Pizza and steak and shake. At the time I couldn't afford to go out to eat but my hackers could on my dime. (I did get my money back but its a pain). My bank suggested card valet and I never looked back. No more hacking. Of course the number has been sold a few times (stolen from vendor site) but I just get a new card to piss them off.

I generally use PayPal at Walmart.

I think it was my wife that put the card on Walmart since she didn't know my paypal password. She will from now on.

I was so mad this morning that I could have spit fire. I'm going to look and see if my card has the valet thing where you can turn it off too but should be safe with apple pay.

Someone on this thread said they dry faster if you lay them on their side. Not sure if it’s true since I set them to dry then forget about them for a week.

I shove a piece of paper towel in the bottle and use a dental pick to maneuver it around. It takes a bit of time but it picks up the moisture that's left over after shaking. Seems like it takes a long time to evaporate off on its own.

I have recurring bill pay stuff on my card so if I turn it off then the bills won't get paid. I'd have to get a second card for online only. We haven't used the new card since we got it and I just set it up on apple pay so I'm going to see how that goes. I just need to set up apple pay on my wife's phone and macbook so she can use it too.

I noticed during a recent binge watch of several seasons of The Great British Bake Off that Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith (the judges, for nonfans) talked of both cookies and biscuits. For them, cookies were chewy or cakey and biscuits were crisp. Never before had I heard this distinction made.
