Good morning. I read online last night that the vape mail ban is part of the new spending bill that will most likely be signed soon. This would mean usps could no longer ship vape related products. Has anyone else heard about this? I knew it was a thing but didn’t know they lumped it in on the spending bill.

I kind of knew that was coming, as long as I can still get flavorings, I should be good.

I'm a big banana bread fan. I wonder if this could be translated to a mix? We make ours with blueberries, chocolate chips, and, most recently, blackberries. We don't use nuts in our recipe(s). Thanks for posting that @Redbird11 I have never tried a banana vape, but I think I'll be placing a BCF order before I mix again and give that one a go.

I get flavor burnout when I don’t drink enough water. I was drinking a gallon a day for the last five years. I’m slacking lately and I can feel it. Being well hydrated is a life changer. If I don’t drink enough I get sluggish.

Hey just a word of caution about too much water. Check with your doctor and make sure all of the important levels of vitamins and minerals are within normal range. Just had a 2nd hospital stay with my salt levels being too low. Am now on a strict rationing of liquid intake. Low or high levels of things like salt or potassium are life threatening. Not fun to go thru.

Now back to regular programming........

I just checked the sky. There's a bright object in the right location--brighter than Venus, the only other celestial body visible at the moment, aside from the moon--but I'm not sure it's the grand conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn. If it is, it's less remarkable than I'd hoped.

Nothing foolish about wanting better things/happenings in our lives. And putting the past behind us. Its not always an easy thing to do. And for some its impossible. But you have hope and that is what gets us through.

WoW! Just heard our forecast for Christmas very early morning...20's-30's for northern central FL and further north. They said that'll be the coldest Christmas morning we've had here in 60 years! The day before...it's supposed to reach mid-80's!
