Oh yeah...my doctor tests me for everything. A gallon a day for an active person over the course of a day in my climate is not too much. When I was in half marathon training mode I sometimes drank more than that since I ran multiple miles every day. I’ve been doing it since 2014 and so far no issues (slacking lately though). I drink my morning tea and then only water the rest of the day. However, drinking large amounts of water quickly can kill you. I start early and stop at bedtime. Life changing for me. I use the gallon jugs from chick-fil-a and use a brita filter. I have five gallons in my fridge at all times.
Last year when I had my yearly blood work done they told me I drank too much water. Even with significant daily exercise (many miles of). I was very surprised to hear "too much water can kill you". I drink way less now.

For those who don't know about Water Intoxication:
In severe cases, water intoxication can cause seizures, brain damage, a coma, and even death. Bottom line: Drinking too much water can increase the pressure inside the skull. This can cause various symptoms and, in severe cases, become fatal.

I ordered 6 different WF flavorings I'd never tried, last weekend during Gremberry Farm's 50% off sale. Because of the very favorable reviews I'd read for the Banana Puree (and because I really like banana vapes)...I went ahead and ordered a 4oz. bottle. With the discount, it only cost $2.50 more than a 1oz. bottle of it does everywhere else.

WF Cream Custard
FA Custard Premium would be a good substitute. IMO, it's not as eggy nor as "in your face" as CAP v1 Vanilla Custard. I find FA CP to be lighter. A couple more I like that might work are FLV Vanilla Custard or FLV Custard. Both are good and neither are like CAP v1 VC, IMO.
Sounds like you got a heck of a deal. That 4oz bottle should last you a while.
Yeah...go figure! Who'd have thought FL would be colder on Christmas morning than the NE area.
We can get some really rapid changes in temps. and conditions, especially when a fast moving front moves down or across the state.
