Here it was Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, rolls and cranberry sauce.
Beef, bean, and potato Chimichanga's with guacamole (homemade from perfectly ripened avocado's) and homemade refried beans. Cherry Cheesecake for dessert. I was the chef.

I’m stuffed but that sounds great. My MiL made stuffed shells, salad, Italian bread for dinner and my wife made mini apple pies and sugar cookie bites.

I hate to bring anyone down but I got bad news today. My nephew (that lives with me and my mother) tested positive for COVID  Mom and I tested negative. He is quarantined to his room. It was his son (that he shares with the ex that he got it from... his ex also shares another kid from her ex... that's how it all started) Mom is 81 and going kinda crazy. Please enjoy your Christmas everyone... we are just trying to make the best of this. I got presents for my grandkids and was going to bake a bunch of goodies for my son (and family)... we decided to delay all that and have a "late christmas" :( Actually, now the grandkids have something to look forward to :)
    I'm late here.

Always protect those who are most vulnerable such as your Ma.

But, the standard test is a PCR test, which results in many false positives, because it will detect harmless fragments of viruses which are not contagious, and long gone.

Just to say, keep her safe, but don't get all hyped up because of a positive test result.

Hey everyone... at least I didn't post a "vaping Christmas dinner" thread (or Thanksgiving) like I did last year. Got a lot of laughs from that discussion but most people agreed vaping things like turkey and ham is not a good idea (pumpkin pie sure) I forgot who mentioned it but I did try cheesecake with peppermint... nothing to write home about (wait a minute... I live back at home... does that mean i should write a letter to myself LOL) Anyway, it makes a nice after dinner vape. Had a nice dinner (cross rib roast, potatoes, carrots and sweet onions in the slow cooker) Forgive my ramblings... just trying to keep my mind off the the situation. Peace and love to all...

I'm going to mix it as is and see how it goes, since the flavors are already at 10%, but I'll try to remember to report back. Be warned, though: it'll likely be a long wait, and my taste buds are unreliable witnesses.
That’s ok, so are mine. I probably mix a little stronger than most sometimes.

WOW ! ! ! It was COLD today, this morning was 48* and only got up to 52* around here . . . MY Friends in West Palm Beach actually had frost on their windows when they got up . . . As a result, Dinner was cancelled, was going to be outside on the patio and food was going to be BBQ like Thanksgiving Dinner was (they are avoiding any close contact with people) . . . Anyway, had a good day, made fried eggplant that I was craving for the past 3 weeks, and later had a bowl of Progresso's Split Pea Soup for dinner . . . YUM ! ! ! Would have preferred a Standing Rib Roast w/Yorkshire Pudding or "My" Homemade Lasagna, however both are just a little to much trouble to make for a single person . . . Anyway, glad to read that most everyone else had a Great Day with friends & family . . . Once again - HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE . . .

Oh BTW: @newyork13 if Ya' got any of that "Porchetta" left over - You can send it down here (or even a "Braciole" would be nice too). . . Just Sayin' . . .
