Good morning :)
Plans are to pay off my Christmas shopping, and bills, by selling my left kidney. Spend now, worry about later.. right?
We plan to bake some more Christmas cookies, because why not? And also continue with some more Christmas movies tonight. We watched Christmas Story and White Christmas, and tonight It's a Wonderful Life. Watching White Christmas in such crisp detail on my screen was like a whole new experience. I've seen Christmas Story at least 100 times, probably more..
I got some gift cards yesterday, and already spent some on a fancy schmancy mouse for my PC. I'll be going at it in style versus my $10 amazon basics mouse.. which is perfectly fine for basic use.

I hope you all had a great Christmas, as great as one could have it, all things considered, in this new era. Soon it'll be a new year and we can move forward, on, and upward for better or worse. If you don't know where you're going, you might end up somewhere else ;)

Today I take down my Christmas decorations. I love it when my house is back to normal...it seems so bare afterwards though but I love it. And I clean as I go. This will be an all day affair. Having my hot tea first.
I suggested to my wife we should just leave ours up year-round since it took a lot of effort to set up and decorate our tree!

Good morning mixers. I slept late today. I need coffee and food first but may try out the Valhalla game for a while.

I suggest searching youtube for "AC Valhalla best start" as I started blind and missed a lot. There's a great video by ESO about 8 things to get before you leave Norway. Have fun!

Hahaha love it! Beachbum! They are thinking ahead like me! Spring really is right around the corner. Just a couple of months and winter will be over. Although we are having a very mild winter again this year. :thumb:

    Good morning D-I-Y'ers :D

I have a few rba's to rewick. Will likely mix up some of my go to's later.

Working on placing my order at BCF.

@FranC, which macadamia nut did you tell me? TIA. Thought I wrote it down, on a little piece of paper. Can't find it.

Thanks! I’ll check it out. I just put the game in and am letting it load.

Anyway, had a good day, made fried eggplant
Sounds good. When I was stationed in Lakehurst, NJ, I lived with a family and the mother shared her Eggplant Parmesan recipe with me. It is one of my favorites. Now you have me wanting to bake one up. Yum yum
I bake Cornish Game Hens for dinner yesterday. They turned out really well. Steven took his leftovers home and is going to fix a soup in his Instant Pot. That was such a good idea, I might just do the same thing.

I made a BCF order too. Yogurt (sadly empty bottle), vt banana custard, a few SSA (incl raspberry syrup) and a handful of others I thought I had or wanted to try. The only thing I really needed was the yogurt. Maybe some new flavors will spark some recipes. I’m thinking of pulling a bunch of untried and do like we did before and make some testers. It’s way more fun than sft/dft. I do better if I can see how a flavor works with others than alone
