Since complaints about vendors frequently get posted, but kudos not so much...I decided to post kudos here for InnokinStore.com. I received my package about 4PM yesterday, from an order I placed earlier this month. I'd
ordered (2) of 1 item and (8) of another item. I
got the correct 2, but the 8 weren't the item I'd ordered.
I didn't open the package until 10:30PM, but sent an email about the mistake right away, rather than wait until morning. I figured I might hear from them in 24-48 hours. I was completely surprised when a response came within
only 2 hours!
Here's what was in the email:
1) A sincere apology for sending the wrong 8 items
2) Assurance that the correct 8 would be shipped today
3) A coupon code for a
very generous discount on
any/all future purchases I make from them
4) Info saying that I'm to just keep the 8 wrong items, as no return is necessary (value of those 8 is at a minimum $48)
Not THAT is great Customer Service, that went way above and beyond, IMO!
