Yup, we have those too.
We didn’t have heavy winter weather in Missouri when we lived there, but I’d imagine a bad snowstorm/blizzard and a hurricane create some similar problems for the power grid? Never hurts to be prepared either way. I gave some to the kiddos for Christmas.
Also got them something I’d never seen before and thought was cool... a regular size lightbulb with a lithium battery. It charges as you use it daily, then when the power goes out you still have light.

I got mine for a plane ride. I heard about those bulbs but don’t have one yet.

Jeffro's quick flavor reviews (that's my nickname IRL)
TFA Acai: interesting... sort of grape, tart, and strong (OK Fran, I went over 1%) Slight throat hit but not too bad.
TFA Peanut butter DX: wow... roasted peanuts for sure.
FW Rootbeer float: old school root beer but needs more cream for the "float" part.
FA Apricot: nice... a bit weak but no "off notes"
FLV Mango: I like it... sort of more apricot with peach (but that is the end plan... mix all three)
WF Banana puree: good but slightly candy (so was the pre-made I had) and will go great with the PB.
WF Bumble berry: blackberry, blueberry and raspberry (they mention strawberry too... reviews and my "strawberry blindness" say no... that's fine, I wanted the darker berry notes) Some complexity (even some floral but very subtle) I like it... will go great with my PUR boysenberry.
VT Pudding base: this was a surprise... very rich (more like a custard but that's OK)
OOO Pie crust: very simple pie crust but weak... will increase % for this one.
JF Yellow cake: spot on yellow cake (no off notes or anything) this will go great with lemon and BC... next.
WF Bavarian cream: nice, mild and not over powering (that's what I wanted... some custards are just too much for me)
Thank you all again for the starting % tips.

Guess I was updating my post just before you replied, but Yep - Macy's, Bamberger's, Klein on the Square, 2 Guys from Harrison, etc . . . ;)

BTW: We are so dating ourselves - anyone else want to join-in . . .

    .
No, I'm not interested in either feeling my age nor dating myself. But, no more than a couple of years ago I was wandering down W.42nd St between Bryant Park and Grand Central and noticed Nat Sherman's cigar lounge. So, I popped in and found myself in the lap of tobacco luxury, with folks sitting in comfortable arm chairs doing cigars. I liked that a lot.

Depending on your nic mg, you might want the WC at a higher %. I vape 7mg, so the 5.5% is fine for me. But I make the DIY for the new guy who's transitioning from smokes to vaping...at 10mg finished nic and with the WC at 7%.

I used the sweet cream in mine because EF describes the WC as a bold coffee with a touch of Sweet Cream. I wanted more though, since I like my coffee with more cream than I could detect in the WC flavoring. However, I'd think using a different cream would be worth a shot.
I've been enjoying it, vaping it every morning with my coffee since I've mixed it. I think I might up the WC to 7% and see what happens.

I'm glad you've been enjoying it. IMO, trying it at a different % couldn't hurt. You might even like it more. Tweaking can have surprising results at times...some for the better, some not. I've had both before. :)
