My landline (I know not all are) is tied into my internet service from AT&T. My landline went out when my service went out. I only have a landline for my parents. I've had this same number for 30 years and they know it by heart and it's very similar to their number. When Dad had his heart attack he was able to give the nurse in the hospital my number easily. And I heard that since I bundle, that if I got rid of my landline it would cost me more. So I keep it for them mainly.
I pay an extra $25 just to keep my mom's number (my home number growing up) attached to me. Stupid but I just could not let it go.

Just found out I was directly exposed to Covid by the PT that comes to my place . . . Funny thing is he mentioned the last time he was here (Thursday) that he had just gotten Covid Vaccine 2 days earlier and was not feeling great . . . We discussed the fact that it was just a reaction to the shot that a lot of people were having - Soreness in arm/muscle aches/very slight fever/etc. . . . Then I got the call this morning . . . .Thankfully, the home care service is arranging for an at home Covid Test . . . BTW: Precautions are taken - wears mask, gloves, etc every time he comes . . . SO - We'll see . . . .

We do too. I have my ma bell Princess phone from the 70’s. Power, cell and internet can go down and it still works like a charm. Also doubles as home defense lol. Sucker weighs a ton!
I wish I still had a rotary phone. I mean, sure, I'd still use my wireless headset for 'most everything, but I'd enjoy dialing the occasional number the old-fashioned way.

Mom still has one. Back in the 70’s when Ma Bell was making everyone replace their phones with lease/purchase ones, she dug in her heels and refused. They finally dropped it and let her keep it. I could have told them arguing with her is futile ;)
In other news... I got the bike box drug into the house. Silly me thought it was a device to get BACK into shape. Apparently you have to start at bodybuilding level fitness . Box weighs 150 pounds. My next workout is to drag it into the den for assembly. I figure by the time I get it put together and drug into the spare bedroom (not enough light to do there, trust me I thought about that) I’ll be in tiptop physical form, and just use it as a clothes hanger
Getting ready to test a caramel tobacco I’ve had steeping. Fingers crossed!!

I still have 1 of those, too...a white one from AT&T or GTE...can't remember which! But I had my landline disconnected about 2.5 years ago. My Mom still has and uses her original, full size, rotary dial phone, in turquoise no less...from probably 40-50 years ago. It's on a nightstand in her bedroom. She also has a slightly more modern cordless landline phone, and a cell phone.

Good luck to you! Pretty sure you will be negative since covid is all about viral exposure/length and time exposed. I could be wrong depending on the new variant.

My new job on third didn't work for me. I'm going in house pool (work when I want to). Post covid I have had major sleep issues (long haulers syndrome) and I think its safer to work a day or pm shift for now. Of course I won't have insurance but will decide later what to do. Right now I just want some money coming in.

I cannot wait to taste eliquid again!

Good afternoon folks. I'm going to work on some of the reptile setups today since the temps are up. I also need to start taking pics of them and being a little more active on social media sites to help with sales this year. I have my own website that's still not finished and need more pics for it as well. Customers will be able to pick the terrapin they want, put it in a cart, and pay for it via the website which will weed out a lot of the tire kickers I usually spend hours upon hours chatting with every year.

I took some of the WF recipes and put them in ELR. Took forever because I looked up each flavor’s notes to check %s, then make a few subs. Hopefully mix this afternoon. Our recumbent exercise bike was delivered this morning. Have to see if I can drag it into the house and at least start getting it assembled.

I have all the flavors for 3 or 4 of them. I've only mixed one so far, the banana butter nut smoothie mix. I need to order a few flavors I am interested in for a couple others. I'll let you know how they turn out.

Good morning/afternoon, all. One thing I have planned is going to dinner with my granddaughter. She is on her way to Oklahoma City for induction in the Navy. She is finishing up things at the induction center today and flies out tomorrow for boot camp. Now I am sitting back with a cup of coffee and waiting for her to text me about when she is done for the day and we can plan the afternoon/evening.

Good afternoon folks. I'm about to make my next BCF order, mostly just several WF flavors I haven't tried yet. For those who have used them, are there any WF that I can skip the 10ml bottles and go straight to the larger ones? I generally always do the small bottles when ordering a flavor for the first time, but I thought I would ask.

Good news... my wife finally sent me a text. They just got power back this morning (but it's also snowing) I have a policy... "never worry" but I was very concerned.
I'm going to try mixing mango, apricot and peach (with bavarian cream) Also mixing my peanut butter banana pudding with vanilla wafers (5 flavors) Might do a berry pie like Fran did. Oh yea, and lemon cake (also with bavarian cream)
