TY!!! You solved my what next cheesecake dilemma
FA Oakwood 3%
TFA Jamaican Rum 1.5%
VT Light Rum 2.5%
INW White Grapefruit 1%
FLV Pink Guava .75%
FW Ruby Red Grapefruit .5%
I use syringes for mixing.
My bottles from the same places all end up the same. But I've noticed my re-used bottles from pre-made liquids are off from the measurements they sold them as. My 15ml's are mixed into the necks so they were under filling. My 30ml's are mixed much lower than they filled them to so they were over filling. But their old designs were much smaller and they were probably under filling.
With the flavoring bottles when I mix 10ml it's under where they're filled.
But I was talking making labels with masking tape. Recipe name, mg, date.
Although when I checked inventory I did it by making measuring bottles out of empties to hold up to the flavoring bottles. I don't think I would trust those to mix by.
I only have light rum... think I can make do?
Both recipes sound very good Fran.
What is it??
Yup,just use a tad more.
Thank you They are pretty tasty so far.
Thanks Fran for the orange cheesecake recipe. I actually have everything. Not going to get it mixed tonight though. I’m too tired from tree trimming in the 90+ heat today.
You really need to let that stuff wait til it cools off some.
It’s been like this all summer and I’ve been putting it off. It might cool down by November.
Sounds like November would be a good time for the outdoor work.
I didn't want to run network cable through the attic last winter, too cold. I didn't do it this summer, too hot.
Both good excuses.
Just go wireless
Too slow. This is for a streaming android box.
Hoping to see my Gin and Tonic tomorrow.
Well I hauled out 6 mixes this morning and only tried 3 so I have the 3 for tomorrow.2 cheesecakes and 1 boozy.
I did do a remix of the cranberry I’ve been working on earlier today. Fran, how little long does the orange cheesecake need to steep?
As a general rule I give Cheesecakes a min. of 3 weeks. I do sometimes taste test earlier.
