Sounds like November would be a good time for the outdoor work.It’s been like this all summer and I’ve been putting it off. It might cool down by November.

As a general rule I give Cheesecakes a min. of 3 weeks. I do sometimes taste test earlier.I did do a remix of the cranberry I’ve been working on earlier today. Fran, how little long does the orange cheesecake need to steep?
