It is -6 this morning. I will make no outdoor plans.

If you want to get into cheesecake a bit you would need Cap NY Cheesecake,TFA Cheesecake Graham and TFA Graham Cracker clear. If you want to mix an actual cheesecake recipe you need WF Mascarpone. All IMO.

Thanks Fran. I have the Clear . Used it back in the day to make Castle Long.

Ramping up to 65 today, 75 tomorrow.

Heading to the dump with a trunk load of an assortment of hazardous recycle, then continue to clear to garage.

As for me, not much of anything today. I might get a head start on some work for next week, but that's about it.

34 here. Dog and I cruised down to Lake Michigan for a nice long walk earlier this morning. She gets really excited when we go for rides in the car.

Gonna rewick a few rba's later. Maybe create a new recipe to mix up.

Do find the WF Mascarpone useful in recipes besides cheesecake?

Sure, it can be added anywhere a little cheese is desired. Cookies, crackers etc etc.

I'd say -6 is too cold for anyone's bones, regardless of age. That's hot cocoa weather.

I seem to remember someone on here mentioning buying the Milky Strawberry awhile back. But I don't remember who it was. Maybe @hittman or @ShowMeTwice?

Oh Fran, here is something HITT wrote about it....

I wicked one of my ammits and am trying the ssa milky strawberry. It’s pretty good but the strawberry is a little weak to me. I definitely taste the milk and strawberry. I’d probably add another 1-2% strawberry to it.

Not yet. I think I’ll have to mix a 2 or 3 flavor tester or I may try it solo.

That is a great idea. I don’t always think of cocoa.

I don't often drink cocoa, but it's a nice treat on really cold days. Especially when the fireplace is on.
