My soon to be 10 year old gs of this house really likes my frog also. He likes to draw himself and he’s not to shabby for a 9 year old. I hope he keeps up with it.

I’m thinking of my upcoming order. I think adding 6 boxes of Sceptre coils will be good. I may get a couple boxes of the old Kanger .5 coils for my mini sub. I have a half dozen rba’s for it also. Undecided about the rest of my order. Maybe just enough Z coils to get free shipping.

Well my BP readings have not been good all day including just now. I woke up, took a reading and it was 136/80 after sleeping! Mostly running around 157/97 but I have the Dr appt today so we'll see what happens. She may send me to a ER again IDK.

Dr prescribed me Lisinopril (my BP was not critical like your but still very high) First day it worked too good (I took my own BP during the day and it dropped too low) Told doc I cut them in half and all is well now. Anyway, that stuff works.

I have not tried the CAP vanilla cupcake. I have read that a lot of people think it is the better version though. So I assume it may be just as good... Compare the notes on mixing percentages of both to see if you need to go higher or lower. In the notes on ELR I mean. Also, I vaguely remember someone commented in the comments on the recipe on ATP about using the CAP version.

Well I never got to see my doc due to her having a "personal emergency" - and I waited 90 minutes before being told I still had a few patients in front of me. I showed up at 1:10 for a 1:15 appt and finally told them I was leaving at 3, then the girl up front said I'd be subject to the $50 No Show fee. I said that didn't apply to me since I had been waiting and she said it did so I said "Listen I've been coming here 18 years and I'm NOT getting charged $50 and if I do this will be my last trip here."

So no meds but I have an appt with a Cardiac doc tomorrow.

I've bought a few raspberry flavors, but not nearly as many as some folks. The one I thought tasted the most natural that I have actually tried is the INW Raspberry. I think they have a couple, but the one I have is called Malina or Molina. Every other raspberry I have is more of the sweetened version.

Do you like the Custard Premium a lot more than others?

This is my first time ever trying it but it's easily becoming a favorite. I do like some others too, with custard INW being a favorite as well. I use Legendary Custard MOL however, not as intended for it's custard notes. I add it to mixes for a pudding like quality (.75%)
