I have a friend that bought Minifit pods from Central. Turned out to be 7 boxes of junk clones.

Yep! I didn't buy any of my pods there, but I know a few people who did, and got clones, too. Their eleaf iSticks are, quite a few of their coils are, their "Kanger Evod" starter kits are, and even their supposed "eleaf" Mini USB charging cables shown with an Eleaf box are, too. There are other things, also. Many of them never had the clone info disclosed, until fairly recently. ;)

Yes and even worse is they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Did you see where I posted about the authentic ones for a decent price with a coupon code...a few pages back? I had posted it to Koolkiz when she wanted to know if anyone knew where some were.
I'm a bit behind, so might have missed it. I'll go back and find it. Thanks.

I'm still going to order some mesh 0.7 coils (authentic).

That's a pretty shady way to do business. I've only bought from them once for a couple of Solo mods because of a good coupon they had going.

If anyone likes the original Sceptres and wants more or never got 1 but want to try 1 (original colors, Carbon Fiber ones, Vogue, etc.)...they're $13.87 - $17.58 with a promotional discount, depending on what color(s) you want. The coils are $3.95-$4.07/box depending on what ohms you want. In addition to those already really good prices...there's a coupon code that takes another 15% off your order total, that you can also use at Checkout.

They're from a Chinese vendor, but based on past orders I've placed from them...they usually ship next day. So shipment might beat CNY starting the 6th. I'm going to give it a try anyway. PM for info. on where. I'll respond yet tonight for another hour or so. If later than that...it'll be in the morning.

I'm still without my taste/smell. Taste is still primitive and comes and goes. It's frustrating but its a covid long hauler thing. I can vape anything right now and its all the same.
I’m still hoping it gets better.

I got some Nautilus coils from Central and they were clones. I got lucky really. Ordered 10 boxes and they sent 10 coils instead. By the time I contacted them they had run out so they refunded me the difference. To give them some credit their CS was good, they answered my email in 20 mins and sent the refund within an hour. Don't think I ever tried those coils, I marked the boxes with an X and put them somewhere.

Somebody said Aspire had a rule that vendors they supply have to stick to a minimum price set by Aspire, if they sell below that they are cut off. So if you see any Aspire stuff going cheap it's likely to be a clone. The Nauti coils at Central were half the normal price.

Did a couple of 25ml mixes tonight with my new SSA flavors.

Raspberry Syrup 1.5%, Whipped Cream 1.5%, Shortbread Cookie 0.75%.

    Blueberry 2%, Shortbread Cookie 2%.

Maybe too high, maybe too low, but hopefully it will give me a feel for them. I never seemed to get any benefit from trying single flavors, I generally make up a recipe for a first run and then adjust from there.

Never used such small amounts before, but the flavors did smell very strong in the bottle. I used a 1ml syringe to measure them. Luckily they came in dropper bottles with very thin nozzles so it was easy to drip them into the top of the syringe. I forgot to get a plunger out and the flavoring was draining out of the syringe very slowly so I blew it out. My lips were stinging.

Any suggestions on steeping time for the SSA flavors?

I’d probably go with your normal steep.I’m interested how the first one turns out.

I generally wait 2 or 3 weeks. I don't have a dedicated dripper or anything for testing, just when I have to rewick a tank of something I'm ready for a break from I clean it out good and put the new juice in. With around ten setups going it takes a good while to get through a 25ml bottle which gives me a chance to see if more steeping time improves it.

I'll report back when I start using it.

    Jesus wept. That is ridiculous.

I hope the cardiac appointment goes better.

We have future appts with that doctor I tried to see today and my wife went ahead and cancelled them all. It's hard to change doctors when you've had one for 18 years but we've had it with the ineptitude of her and the staff. She goes through a lot of staff and the result is you get that insulting behavior like today from someone who's been there a month.

Fruits you can get a good idea in 5 days, creams 10 days. There doesn't seem to be much if any fade after several weeks though the flavor does seem smoother.
