Random DIY mixing and More

Good afternoon. I’ve been busy today mixing. These are some of my most favorites in 200 ml, with 100 ml of each separated in my working bottles. There were more recipes I wanted to mix but after two hours of mixing and going down to the basement to get flavors each time I’m pooped! They were all put in a warm bath to steep and shaken well.

They are nice little mods. Comfy. Fast firing. Great in wattage and TC/TCR modes. I haven't tried any of the other modes yet, but will eventually.

I have 2 Colossals and recently had one out in rotation. I had issues with the battery. I solved it by placing a bit of ribbon underneath it before installing it. Before I did that, I tore the battery wrapper trying to get the battery out. I also have a couple of Lusros and their dual battery compartment is designed the same way, except it comes with the ribbon preinstalled.

I'm just now catching up on pages of posts.

I would like to know who the genius was that figured out and tested beaver "stuff".

Can't imagine those first SFT's went well.

ETA: I think the person(s) who decided to use them as flavor and perfume enhancers are sicko's.

Similar observations can be made about a lot of what we eat and drink.

Ah ok. There are a couple of Strawberry Biscuity ones in the blog. That one looks like a good recipe too.

It's the one in the blog attributed to Fran. The hittman version has slightly more Juicy Strawberry (half a percent).

That being said, I ordered some more pg/vg and nic from lnw, I should be good for a while.

I’m working on 4 recipes. I had to remove a crappy flavor from 3 of them and need to rewrite. I hope to have all 4 acceptable written by tomorrow so I can mix Monday.

Oh my, that is a lot of mixing. You should be set for awhile.

I agree. Mixing is another chore to me.

I’m actually thinking about getting another liter of nic just in case.

Not me. I really didn’t have much success with it til I tried the 1.2. It’s too bad they didn’t make it to take Z coils. As is, I have no interest in another.

I started using some of the "Gorilla" bottles I had received a couple of months ago. I have plenty of 30 and 60 ml bottles. Unfortunately, the tip is too big for use on the Ares 2 tanks. It inserted and filled just fine but when I removed the tip the split fill gasket pulled out. I did manage to get the gasket re-seated, however, it did allow the ejuice to leak. As a workaround, I used a 3 ml syringe with a blunt needle to draw from the bottle and then fill the tank. Not ideal but it works.

I finally received the last of my BD presents that I got myself, two camp knives by Buck. So yesterday, I spent the day sharpening the majority of my knives. I have a fancy belt sharpener that I use for tools, however, I still prefer sharpening my good knives by hand and then using a leather strop to bring out the edge.

I have nothing planned for today other than finishing reading one of Stephen King's books. I hope everyone has a good weekend.

While mixing I found more mixes that had just a tiny bit in the bottle. Turned them upside down to get every drop. (I have soooo turned into my Mother...). I’m trying to teach my son to put some water in shampoo/body wash to use it all.... I also washed some bottles, put new tape in my label maker, and made new labels for some mixes. I want to make that CBO...maybe later. I actually emptied two bottles of flavors as well so they are going on my shopping list. I’ve got too much vape stuff. I have more bottles I need to clean as well...for another day I guess.

I was trying to hold out for when their CNT nic was in stock, but it has been showing out of stock for at least a month.

I've been waiting for over a month. CNT is gone everywhere. I wanted to grab another small bottle but no luck.
