Cover that with clear tape = 30 ml graduated cylinder Another possibility, especially with the plastic. Fill with water to 25 ml. Add a measured 5 ml on top, and use a sharpie to make a line for 30

I suspect you then top off the 30 ml bottle? I find most bottles will hold more than they're rated, since that rating comes from a point down the neck, maybe an extra 3 mls on the 30s I use. Enough room to shake
And I’m taking half of all my nic to Mom’s huge deep freezer. I need the room here in my freezer and she said it was OK. I’ll have to find a corner where nothing will break them. My Mom and Dad have a lot of food in their big freezer. 
I have tons of bubble wrap.
