OH OK. Nevermind then. They have that two for $50 Pod offer. I got two Thelema's. They also have voopoo vinci's for $24

I really like the Thelema pod and am still using it after the review. I was thinking about getting a backup and maybe more coils. Where’s the best place to get them?

Could be I guess but First Class wasn't offered. Of course, I've never ordered a 2oz size before.

I put six 10ml in a cart and it had first class for 3.75. Must have been the weight that got you. I know when I ship something with PayPal that the cut off for first class is one pound.

OK, I feel better now. I didn't realize that First Class had a cut-off.

It’s going up to 83 degrees today. Spring has sprung. Bees everywhere which I hate. They’ll calm down in summer. I’m finally going to properly use my new leaf mulcher today. I’ve tested it but not fully used it. Dragging my son out there to help. He can be lazy. Cutting grass too (ok, weeds).

Updates: My cat fully recovered from her injury. Son thinks she hurt it trying to jump on his bed and she didn’t make it. We think she hit her leg on the metal mattress frame, kinda like us hitting our shin. Also, my son’s friend who lost his Nanny to Covid did get the Coca Cola job so we are hoping he sticks with it and can keep the house they were living in.

I’m still debating making a hardware order. It’s not giving me that happy feeling like it used to.

I have no plans to buy any more hardware this year. If I manage to stay a whole year is something completely different, but it is possible to hope.

What I will buy, however, are essences, PG, VG and not least Nic.
Some large rolls SS316L 28ga, and some bags with Rayon.
I only have one juice that tastes best in stock coil, Innokin Z 1.2, if I can find a way to build that gives the same taste I am done with stock coiler as well.

    Happy Saturday everyone.

Fran is soaking a coil in vodka (I use the cheap stuff but guessing you use the good stuff ;) )
It can give the coil some extra life (but not much) It will get rid off past juice flavors if that was the goal. Of course, dry it well. Forgive me for saying this, but after doing that, I don't waste the vodka. I haven't tried the boiling water method (but I guess it also works well) After you soak the coil, blow through it with a finger over the bottom (gently) to get most of the liquid out of the wick. I would say about half the time, this helps... other times, not really worth it. I put the coil in a small plastic "shot glass", agitate it several times during the day, blow out the excess, drink the vodka and let it dry overnight. Really have nothing to lose by trying. If a coil (and wick) has been "cooked", nothing will save it.

I use to do that with Nautilus coils. I'd put vodka in a dish with a cover (since the vodka evaporates), soak the coils in it for a day, and after that soak in water for a day. It would take 2 or 3 days for the coils to dry, but they would be decent coils afterwards.

Damn, that seems like such a long time ago. Tomorrow will make 7 years since I started vaping. I remember I saw this laid back, soft spoken guy on youtube talking about his 6 favorite juices.

He was a very different person back then--

I joined the forum a couple of months later looking for juice recommendations. Fun times.

I just realized I may need to turn the A/C on today. Wow.

Not here. Cool and rainy all weekend after having a pretty nice week since I was stuck inside at work. I know it’s hard to believe but the weather man was wrong. He said rain in the morning and clear early afternoon. It’s clear now and looks like rain afternoon and evening.

After soaking it, is there any residue in the glass indicating that the soak did any good? I’ve never tried it.

Oh yeah... the vodka would start having a blackish tint. When you poured it out it there would be what looked like dirt particles in the bottom of the dish.

That was what I was wondering and can’t imagine drinking it with that in the glass.

We must not be that far from each other. Our weather patterns are always so similar. It's supposed rain in the morning and be clear in the afternoon here as well.

Saturday salutations to all the stirring folk :)

Despite best intentions, spent more time on the clean up yesterday. Maybe today will be the recovery day....

Forgive me for saying this, but after doing that, I don't waste the vodka.

So, uh, peanut butter vodka? I think that's one flavor the distillers missed!

And, um, "old" mods? I guess my Solo's are my newest. Others in regular rotation (total 12, with 8 others out for, well, variety. Cloupor Mini and Mini+, Pico 75, Swag, IPV-D3, Joyetech Evic Primo Mini (x2), yep, great hand feel, Wismec Presa 75TC (also x2, and even better hand feel with the fire bar :) ), OBS Cube X, Battlestar Cylon, Ola X "Hero" 30 - built about as tough as a Pthingy, when dropped on cement the cement suffers!, a Tesla Stealth 75 and a nearly noname King Mini Jedi. All do what I need, and many will do more. Still a low watt vaper, don't need no stinkin' TC :pervy: And of course backups of most of those as well.

I have no idea what you are talking about (don't mean to critisize) but here it's like 180 proof (I think you meant 90 %) Proof is twice the % number. The reason it's called "proof" is if it's at least 100 proof, it will burn (that's how you proved it was strong) My brain is full of so much useless info like that LOL

I stand corrected. I meant percent.
