Nothing exciting here. Going to try something new and haven’t figured out what yet.
No specific reason for not sleeping. Just every now and then I have little bouts of insomnia. I imagine I will sleep pretty soundly tonight to make up for it.
Good morning. It was a busy weekend with the nicer weather and being able to get outside to get things done. I blinked and it was time to start another work week. My boss is off to California again and won’t be back until Thursday which is fine with me. Hopefully some new work comes in this week.
Can understand that. I have the same on occasion.
Me too. I think she’s coming back sometime next month but I’m not sure.
My oldest is coming for a visit with her boyfriend the first weekend in April so I think I’m going to take off a day or two. Just so happens it’s during the time I get my second shot so I won’t have to deal with the drama at work over leaving early.

We have a new garage door opener, the son-in-law put it up yesterday. Pretty slick that you can control it with an app! Now I don't have to be the opener person every time the wife wants to go out.

Why is there drama at your job for leaving to get a shot? You would think they would encourage it.

Closer to the camera makes him look a bit bigger than he is.
Now I have to figure out what I want to try today. BCF order is due in tomorrow. I have VT Milk Fresh in the order. I will try the Strawberry milk again.
Before I got my first shot, my boss made a point to mention several times how one of the other guys got his shot and was only gone from work for 45 minutes. That's his passive aggressive way of letting you know that he thinks you should come back to work afterwards. Well the other guy got his shot ten minutes from work at 8:00 in the morning. I would have come in then too. My appointment was 2:30 in the afternoon and was 20-25 minutes from work. Not to mention they want you to have someone bring you to the appointment if possible in case you have a reaction. I didn't see the point in returning to work just so I could turn around and drive home. He acted a little .... hurt the next day but knew better than to say anything. He's really been a good guy to work for over the last 23 years but he's a workaholic and thinks everyone else should be. Not to mention that my work load has been super slow most of the month so even if I did come back that day there really wasn't much to do.
Gonna be brave and try my carrot mix.
