I made a 60ml batch of my Gin & Cranberry on the Rocks. Would have made more but the Botanical Gin supply is getting low. Well, wouldn't you know that my Chefs order was in the mailbox? That was fast - only 6 days. Now I can test FA Lemon Zest, the VTA Lemonades, VTA Sour Lemon, and VTA Green Apple. Yay!
I like the taste of the Botanical Gin. I want to do something different with it (working on that). I like and Gin and Tonic together also.Still haven't mixed the Grapefruit Gin on the Rocks but I'll get to it sometime soon I hope.

Good morning fellow mixers!:) I’ve missed being on here these last few days! We’ve been doing testing all week and needed both desk top computers, one for each homeschoolers. Too risky allowing them to use their laptops with a wifi connection. Didn’t want to risk losing all they’re work in the middle of testing. Todays the last full day of testing. So I’ll have my computer back, yay!
I’ll have to play catch up on here again now:facepalm: I’m sure I missed out on some great recipes and tips! @FranC , I saw you mentioned Cereal Killer. Would that happen to be Silhouettes?

The Gin mixes are nice. Gives me something else to vape once in awhile other than my norm. I'm really enjoyed the boozy VT Light Rum.

It is quite tasty and IMO you nailed it in your Fizzy Rum. We’re still enjoying that one and will probably take with on vacay. After about 5 days steep the rum does begin to come through better for me.

Have to say that WF Hazelnut and cream at the moment. Followed by FW Skittles(now called something else??) and OSDIY Succulent Strawberry.
If you like mint a good snv is PUR Buttermint. Can be kind of strong so depending on your taste adjust accordingly.

    :)
Do you mind sharing percentages of where you mix all 4 as 1 shot types? I’m always looking for s&v mixes and whats easier than a single flavor!? I typically wait at least 24 hours for s&v recipes but some up to 3 days, which I dub 3-day s&v's:laugh:

I'm looking to put Gin and basil together but that's as far as I've gotten so far.Got a few ideas.
I actually haven’t even mixed with my basil yet. As soon as I ordered it my life seemed to get busier on the daily. Looking forward to playing around with it though!

I think it adds a nice touch to some recipes.

@dobroeutro Would you have a taste review on the HA Australian Chocolate?

Semi dark chocolate, mild & slightly sweet with a nutty back note. I found it somewhat dry/chalky above 3%. I mostly use it to compliment/boost other chocolates. On another mixers recommendation a 3 to 1 combination with Chocolate Chunks (WF) or Chocolate Mousse VTA seems to work well for me...
