Testing Sicily again since reading it comes back after about 3-4 weeks, some of my oranges do that too.

Oh that’s interesting! I made a lemon custard with it and the lemon was pretty much gone by the time the custard was steeped.

Now I make a custard base to steep then add in the lemon so that should help with mixes that need steeping.

Pull off 15ml of your fresh custard and add the sicily and put it up for about 9 weeks and see how it goes.

Everyone should have Vanilla Swirl in their toolkit. It is good stuff. I don't use it a lot, but it is great to sub for heavier vanilla custards and creams if you want to lighten up a mix.

I think this was my first BCF order since relocating to Washington State for a year. FedEx is saying it will be here on Saturday. It was mostly refills, but there was something in there for the ONLY new recipe I want to make, aside from the Chai Masala. Guess it will wait.
Thaaaaat explains why . Maybe I meant to use it like whipped cream. I love vanilla in a vape

15% Blue Raspberry Slush (OSDIY)
5% Boysenberry (Flavorah)
1% Italian Cream (Hangsen)
2% Pixie Stick Candy (Wonder Flavours SC)
4.5% Raspberry (LA)
.2% WS-23 30%

PG/VG-ratio: 35/65
Flavor total: 28.53 ml / 28.53g (31.7%)
Thanks for sharing, @Natasha.:thumb:

I like the looks of that. I'm like some of the others, and only have the BB Slush, Italian Cream, and WS-23. So, It looks like there is some subbing in my future.:D I think I have work-arounds for all but the FLV Boysenberry. I have to ponder that one. Is it a potent flavor? I am kinda thinking maybe FA Forest Fruit; but that is awful potent, and I am wondering if I should rain the percentage back.
Where did you get the citric acid from?
@Letitia, I don't know if canning is particularly popular, in your neck of the woods. But, if it is, check any of your local canning suppliers. Often, they will carry citric acid there. It is relatively inexpensive, and you don't have to buy large quantities. Here is just one national chain example:
Citric Acid (Ball brand)

If you try it, and like it, you can find larger (cheaper) package options on line. I bought an 8lb. bag here for about $1.50/lb. (I use it for cleaning stubborn hard water stains.;))

What's up for today folks? I mixed that small rice base recipe tester yesterday and I'm hoping it tastes better than it smells.I normally don't sniff.I got a Cornbread tester mixed this morning. Trying to decide if I want to sft the Vanilla Custard Cheesecake or just mix a test cheesecake.

I mixed a sft of the Cuban supreme at 2%. I’ll probably let it sit until this weekend. It’s going to take me quite a while to get through testing all of the new flavors.
Considering that for a future order. Let me know how you like it.
