Honestly dreading tomorrow finding room to organize it all AGAIN. Saved a couple boxes for categorizing since the racks are overflowing. I have 23 variations of oranges alone.Yes,no kidding..........
tempting, where can I order it
Testing Sicily again since reading it comes back after about 3-4 weeks, some of my oranges do that too.
Pull off 15ml of your fresh custard and add the sicily and put it up for about 9 weeks and see how it goes.Oh that’s interesting! I made a lemon custard with it and the lemon was pretty much gone by the time the custard was steeped.
Now I make a custard base to steep then add in the lemon so that should help with mixes that need steeping.
Bookmarked this. Thank you! Some great notes. Read the comments section also. Everybody doesnt always agree

Thaaaaat explains whyEveryone should have Vanilla Swirl in their toolkit. It is good stuff. I don't use it a lot, but it is great to sub for heavier vanilla custards and creams if you want to lighten up a mix.
I think this was my first BCF order since relocating to Washington State for a year. FedEx is saying it will be here on Saturday. It was mostly refills, but there was something in there for the ONLY new recipe I want to make, aside from the Chai Masala. Guess it will wait.

@Letitia, I don't know if canning is particularly popular, in your neck of the woods. But, if it is, check any of your local canning suppliers. Often, they will carry citric acid there. It is relatively inexpensive, and you don't have to buy large quantities. Here is just one national chain example:Where did you get the citric acid from?
A tad excessive??Honestly dreading tomorrow finding room to organize it all AGAIN. Saved a couple boxes for categorizing since the racks are overflowing. I have 23 variations of oranges alone.![]()
Considering that for a future order. Let me know how you like it.I mixed a sft of the Cuban supreme at 2%. I’ll probably let it sit until this weekend. It’s going to take me quite a while to get through testing all of the new flavors.
