Not sure if Charlie is awake but wanted to let him know that I can definitely taste the difference on the double raspberry cream recipe with the miss cream as opposed to with a substitute.
Yes it's got a subtle hint of caramel that plays nicely with the raspberry and the whole custard vibe in general :)

Well I think so anyway.

I may take up turtle tilting, though. Doesn't sound as dangerous, unless I tilt the wrong turtle, which I'm learning is quite possible.
I talk to tortoises and that's equally dangerous....they tried to put me in the psych ward once :lol:

I just checked the mail while walking the dog and had two packages. The 510 adapter for the P1 arrived in six days from the UK and the two Dvarw rtas I ordered from FT arrived. It’s too late now. I’ll take a look at them tomorrow. I really need to mix a bigger bottle of Charlie’s double raspberry recipe tomorrow.
Really pleased you like it :)

That is what I have read about it. I have been using FA to add crust to CAP Apple Pie, but I'm not getting as much crust as I would like.
What about trying with a different profile...like biscuit or crumble or GC??

Sounds logical as long as their necks aren't too long!!
I have rescued a few snappers over the years at work and definitely grab the tail and put them in a big bucket to put them back in the bay. The last one must have fallen in an unused clarifier as a baby and lived for years on tadpoles until I got him in a big live trap with a chicken leg for bait. Felt pretty good to see him swim away through the river grass when I let him go.

Morning Randomers

Saw in an article that another wave of heat is going to hit the US again...Sheesh....stay safe everyone!!

Tried my coffee biscuit recipe after a two week steep and it's no where near ready. By the time the Cappuccino shines the Sugar Cookie will have probably faded. We'll see but I may have to re think this one

Have a good day everyone

I'll bet....good deed :)

I've considered but not tried Biscuit INW under 1%. Tried a little too much FA Cookie and that changed it too much, I didn't care for the buttery shortbread cookie.
I don't have any Crumble type flavors to try.
Graham cracker crossed my mind as well, but I figured I'd just see what some dedicated pie crust flavors are like.
I'm going for a classic American apple pie type flavor.

Homemade or store bought? I'm from the UK so only like the quite tart apple homemade version with shortcrust pastry. We have a tradition of using Bramley apples which are not really eaters. Store bought I'm not so keen on :)

What about dropping the apple percentages to see if the crust comes through more.... difficult to say without seeing the recipe....but I'm no expert anyway!

Sounds like you're covering all bases....sorry I couldn't help more. :)

    Good morning, Charlie :)

Yeah, the heat and humidity is gonna be hitting us in the eastern states pretty hard for a few days, too. Woke up at 5:15 to heat and humidity already. Still won't be as bad as the west and mid west. I feel SO bad for them. So many without A/C and struggling just to get through the day. Wishing all of you a fine Sunday and stay as cool as you can!

Still pondering picking up some SSA Mocha Coffee since Frannie says it's so good and a one shot flavor. My kind of "mixing". Also, the Cap Cup a joe sounded good. I need sweet in my vape. Want the coffee flavors to taste like cream and sugar added. But I am limited on coils. I mean I DO have enough for 3-4 years, but I can't rebuild. My partner is thinking about trying, though, so we'll see.
Have a good day. May or may not get back later.

Good suggestions, and I don't mind them.
I suppose more of a homemade apple pie is what I am looking for, a flakey buttery crust but not a biscuit, made with Granny Smith or some such tart apples.
I am using a fair amount of CAP apple pie and was thinking the same thing, that I may be over doing it and losing the crust flavor.

I love Vienna cream but haven't got the Amarreto....kind of unconscious desicion to stay away from boozy mixes....I don't imbibe anymore :)

I tried a couple and didn’t like them so I don’t do boozy flavors either.

I’ve been running it in an Abyss with a nautilus coil and really enjoying it. I find myself reaching for it more than any other right now. Ones I like this much are few and far between.

We are in the middle of a heat wave. 90 degrees plus for the foreseeable future.
