I am at a pretty firm 10, but I will admit that I could possibly go lower, it's just that with premixed BASEEEEE all the math is just easier at like 10%. LOL

I wanted you to try the HS IC and Aus Chocolate. I can't say I actually like it but it's so very different it's almost good.

I'm letting it steep on the chance it's one of those chocolates that needs steeping.I'm hoping so cause it doesn't taste much like chocolate to me.

I get a solid dark chocolate out of it but I haven't found a successful mix yet.

IIRC OSDIY chocolate is very good. It takes a long steep time tho. Probably 6-8 weeks. I ended up just mixing it as a SF and then would mix it in what ever I wanted chocolate in. Worked out really well.

Are we talking about the VT Dark Chocolate? I get a nice dark chocolate out of it.
