When I bought my 30ml bottle of FA Custard Premium I thought it would last me forever. Now that I'm actually using it the bottle is going down. Calls for a Chef's or Nomnomz order.I'll have to look at my recently mixed stuff cause I know I need another flavor I can't find here.
What are you using it in? I got my bottle a couple of weeks ago and haven't decided how to use it.

I think TFA VBIC gets an off unpleasant taste for me above like 3-4% (usually keep it 1-1.5) so I was afraid that wouldn't be a winner from the start even have it extra steep time just incase.
Sounds like you're a 'pepper taster'. A lot of people get an off taste somewhere between pepper and off NIC.... especially after a long steep. I hope your mix gets better but my guess is it won't....

Make my double cream raspberry custard....it's in Zazie's blog. Fran has a new version too loosely based which may suit your taste better.....I don't know. @hittman likes mine if that helps :)

Morning all

Well...got five testers done....rotation is back on track
Currently testing a chocolate ice cream cone and strawberry ice cream using Fran's ice cream base. I used 4 drops of FLV alpine strawberry in 30mls and it's nice but I think I would drop the strawberry to 2 or 3 next time....jeez it's strong. Contrary to the notes on ELR it will work with creams.

@ShowMeTwice did I really change your recipe that much :D My memory....I must check it again in Z's blog....I know I didn't have all the flavours so had to improvise. I've been vaping it again this morning and I'm getting a kind of ry4 vibe....I might have accidentally stumbled on the concentrate recipe  I'm going to give it some more vaping time before I pronounce success

Have a good day everyone

It’s become a real favorite of mine. Those are few and far between for me.

Glad you like it so much.....I always had a 100ml bottle ready in succession and vaped it tirelessly for around 6 months before I fancied a change. Thinking I should mix another bottle now though.

I’ve been mixing 40ml at a time in 50ml bottles. I’m going to mix a bigger bottle next time.

Well yes... your recipe is pretty far off from mine so you own however it turns out. :D I compared them to see exactly what you did and how they differ. Don't know where you would get an RY4 vibe from. Probably from the combination of the 4 different flavors you chose.

    Your Caramel:
    1.00% Bavarian Cream (TPA)
    2.00% Butterscotch (FA)
    1.50% Caramel (INAWERA)
1.25% Cream (Milky Undertone) (PG) (OOO)
3.00% Dulce de leche caramel (TPA)
    3.50% Madagascar (Vanilla Classic) (FA)
    0.75% Vienna Cream (FA)

    My Caramel:
    FA Caramel 1%-2%
    FW Caramel Candy 1%-1.5%
    FW Butterscotch Ripple 3.5%
    FA Butterscotch 2%
    FA Madagascar (Vanilla Classic) 3%
    FA Vienna Cream 0.75%
    FLV Cream 0.5%

You used 1.5% INW Caramel which is a very strong INW flavor. I never go over 0.5% with that. It can get nasty at higher %'s. The TPA Bavarian Cream and Dulce de Leche Caramel would have completely changed how my recipe is supposed to taste. I didn't use any milk in mine like you mentioned the other day. I do not know how using OOO Cream (Milky Undertone) would change my recipe.

They are far enough apart that the caramel mix you made is totally your own creation. Give it a name and ask @Zazie to add it to her blog if you end up liking it. :)

I did roughly base my Raspberry Custard on yours because I really liked yours. I just desired less custard and more fruit. With that said I may up my custard to 3%.

Whoops, I really didn’t answer your question, did I? I have a Raspberry Custard I like. I’m rather new to liking custard.
