My #1 for a simple cheesecake base hasn't changed at all. TFA Cheesecake and graham with a bit of Graham clear or Cap NY Cheesecake with Cap graham or Graham clear..
Go easy on the Mascarpone. I put 3% in my tester cheesecake and it took over the mix. I just tried it again at 2 weeks and it's still all I can taste. Jury's still out til it gets a proper steep
I may try a small bottle of the yes, we cheesecake with the oats and cream (not much cream there) ,pecan and one of the cookies.

I put a first order in at diyvapor supply. And I found Bickfords flavors there. @FranC do you remember this flavor maker? Some early mixers swore by them, but they never did quite take off with most of the mixers. Not sure why. Anyway, they have a cream cheese flavor which is on its way to me and I am also trying their vanilla and chocolate flavors.

Their prices are higher on some of those items, but if you can't get them at BCF then...oh well...
1 thing I really did not like is they did not offer any choice in shipping. It was priority only for my order period. At least BCF gives you a choice of first class or priority......
We shall see how it works out......they already have my order ready to put in tomorrows mail.

Maybe add a drop or two of the mascarpone cheese literally to the yogurt and test. That stuff is really strong.

I ordered some from Inawera already. I was just wondering how long it might take to get here.
Try this one if you are looking for a little more crunch. It is a turnover rather than a tart and like Dinner Lady Lemon Tart, smells amazing. It does have a couple of ingredients that probably aren't in every stash, but those are the ingredients that add the flaky pastry aspect to the recipe. FA Zeppola adds an almost deep-fried texture but not like a donut. I don't think this one has gotten enough notice. Amazing!
