Cool! I'll be interested to hear your thoughts. Thanks Joel. It will be a little over a week this weekend so I’ll give it a try.

I've read that before and we have different taste buds for sure.I was only able to find one detailed review (it was on Reddit). According to that reviewer, the majority of change, is done after the first week. So, it may not require too much time.
Note: I'm not sure if Reddit links are filtered by ECF. If so, review was posted by Reddit user u/Leilani_H, with the thread title "WF Shortbread Cookies (SC)."
Fran, one other note (from elr's flavor notes) I found interesting, was this:1-4. I'm going with 3%
Well, that's a bit less than inspiring.I don't find it salty, rich.sweet, buttery or much of anything. All I get is a bit of creamy and that could be coming from the .75% Shisha Vanilla.
Hey I have a dummies recipe that I have really been liking!
(and I even have flavor notes)
Pecan Shortbread
FW Butter Pecan 4.00%
INW Shortbread 2.00%
INW Vanilla Cream 1.00%
Such a simple recipe but soooooo good!
Flavor Notes:
FW Butter Pecan: practically the gold standard of pecan flavors. It's buttery and it's pecan-y. I have other pecan flavors but for a shortbread cookie this is the one that shines.
INW Shortbread: a wonderfully crumbly and buttery cookie and not like INW Biscuit at all. The combination of the butter flavors in the cookie and the butter with the pecan makes this recipe very buttery but in a most delicious way.
INW Vanilla Cream: the perfect mortar to bind the first two ingredients together. A touch of Shisha Vanilla with a dollop of thick cream. My DIY life practically revolves around cream and INW Vanilla Cream is one of my favorites. It's not a widely available flavor that receives a lot of love but if you can find it, it's worth getting.
Age this mix for 7 days then enjoy.
No,I didn't mix any recipe really. Wanted to keep it simple to get the taste of the cheesecake.3% of the cheesecake with .75% Vanilla Shisha and a little touch of raspberry.Well, that's a bit less than inspiring.
You mixed it in @ceeceeisme's recipe?
I can't say I ever got a "creamy" note from INW Shisha Vanilla; but that certainly doesn't mean you couldn't.
I am not feeling motivated to add WF(sc) Shortbread to my shopping list. I will stick to INW Biscuit... at least, for now.![]()

ROTFL
I'm a Duffus! I thought you were referring to WF(sc) Shortbread; not INW Yes, We Cheesecake. Never mind...

Are you and @FranC talking about the same flavoring?Well, that's a bit less than inspiring.

I don't get creamy from INW Shisha Vanilla either. That recipe has INW Vanilla Cream in it![]()
I did see that. However, in an earlier post, Fran mentioned she didn't have the INW Vanilla Cream and was considering using INW Shisha Vanilla in its stead.
But that's what I get for thinking...!
