Thanks, Fran. To top it off, I woke with the worst sinus headache of my life. I wasn't bothered by sinus problems all the time I lived in the PNW but come back to the south and here we are again.

It hurts to swallow, can hardly drink my coffee.

    Morning Fran/everyone

Trying to get into the office to mix. I've decided to make it easy and use my spicy creamy sponge cake as a base for some selected fruits....plus a couple of ideas. I've got around nine bottles to fill.

    Enjoy your day
Have a great mixing day, Charlie:wub:

BTW: So glad I no longer have to very drive in the snow, however it's not any better here in the South whether or not there is any snow . . . Forbid someone is going to miss their exit and have to turn around - instead they will go across 4 lanes of heavy traffic in one great swoop to get where they need to go . . . At times I would rather drive in NYC in the worest traffic - then here in Florida (oh and forget when their is rain/downpour/storm) . . . Just Sayin' . . .

    Morning, mixers,

Still raining here, but temps are about where they should be, so snow higher up. Hope we "keep" it, this time!!

Pat was planning on decorating some of the trees outside later today, shiny things for the crows to steal. Might be delayed. Then again, since they claim the rain will be widespread, maybe it won't happen here.

    Good Morning All,

47 here in Vegas, going up to the 70's. We have not put up any Christmas decorations - the wife doesn't like to "do" Christmas at all but the grandkids do! So when we can we'll get them over here to decorate.
Wow, I can’t understand why someone would not want to do Christmas at least in some way but that’s because I love Christmas time.

I do not like the climate change. It’s not like I like winter but we should have normal temps.

I totally agree with you, however what "We" all knew as "Normal" weather is no more, and we better get use to it, especially since - IMO - it's only going to get worse sooner then we even expect . . . Just Sayin' . . .

It's been a strange season. After seeing the Chiefs simply dominate teams for the last 3 years and watching them now struggle, it just seems odd.

    Dolphins are 6-7 now...

Yes, it's become a learning season for Mahomes. Thankfully the defense has seemed to get much better.

We haven't put up a Christmas tree yet. This is the latest we've gone without putting one up. I offered to bring up the big tree from the basement but the wife said she might just do a little one this year. It's just not been a priority this year with both of the kids not living at home. We've been busy Xmas shopping but just haven't decorated inside or out.

I used to get super excited every year starting the beginning of December. I'm just not finding the Xmas spirit so far. Probably a combination of the kids gone and the pandemic.

I signed up to work Christmas. Holidays mean bonus to me Other than that. I might have a carb meal around this time (a excuse to do so). Other than that-I eliminated the stress completely of the whole ritual.
