It’s a long story but basically boils down to the one brother in law being a jerk and my father in law trying to get him to fix something while we were all there and it turned into a big fiasco. I don’t know why my father in law insisted on it having to be done tonight.
Well, that’s over for another year…….hopefully.
I got a $50 and a $25 Amazon gift certificate for Christmas, butcher wasn't anything at Amazon that I wanted. I used the gift certificates to buy some household goods like laundry detergent and toilet paper, then I bought myself a birthstone sterling silver rosary that I wanted in ruby for July.
My new plan is to go through all my drawers and get rid of stuff that doesn’t fit or isn’t liked. The clothes will go to the Salvation Army.
I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I know we did. I am sitting here in the glow of the Christmas lights one last time. Today I take decorations down and get my house back in order. My 8 year old niece got a pink 4 wheeler from Santa. She crashed us twice yesterday when everyone insisted I get in with her (they need to teach her how to do the pedals). I was sore yesterday, and my knee is bruised, but I feel better today.

Good morning. No big plans yet. Slept in a little today. Starting out with coffee and a little tv and see where the morning leads.
Everyone was great in that movie, and of course there's the immortal Chevy Chase. There is no "next Chevy Chase" nor will there ever be another even remotely as good at that style as he is. He's very much his own being, an icon.
And in a classic movie to be sure.
