Morning Fran/everyone......well five of you

Nothing much to report. Went out this morning to get bread and go for a walk... lovely and warm.

Hope all's well with everyone.... especially @Butch....

I'm off to mix what I said I was going to mix yesterday ........ what's he like?!!

Hope there are no wild parties in the neighborhood....there shouldn't be as we've been "asked nicely" not to do anything stupid. Outdoor drinking/fireworks have been cancelled by the Maire and round the country.....mind you the French are notorious for not towing the line

Since I go to bed at 9:30 and I’m up for work at 5:15 am, it’s ingrained in me so it’s hard to stay up. And the cat lets me know it’s bedtime too. Very obnoxiously. I guess I’m just getting old…and fireworks have never been my thing. I suppose the neighborhood will be erupting tonight so we may all stay up late…

This is the latest I’ve slept since I’ve been on vacation.

Same thing I ran into. I wonder sometimes if they show stuff out of stock on purpose when they have sales.

I almost forgot that while we were at Walmart last night I picked up a couple new storage containers. They are long but not deep so should be easier to see what’s in them. Now to figure out what to put in them. I know everything won’t fit but it’s a start to get rid of some cardboard boxes in the basement.

I have decided that once you reach a certain number of flavors, there is no storage solution. I have been searching for my SSA IC Vanilla and can't find it anywhere. Mine are all boxed according to type like fruits, desserts, choc etc. Cannot find the one with IC but found some other stuff I want to mix in a bit.

0.5% (INW) Biscuit
1.5% (FA) Custard
0.3% (CAP) Golden Butter
2% (TPA) Graham Cracker Clear
1% (CAP) Juicy Lemon
3% (FW) Lemon Meringue Pie
3% (FA) Lemon Sicily
1.5% (FA) Meringue
0.75% (TPA) Sweetener

I'd recommend replacing some of the lemon Sicily with FE lemon as the lemon in this recipe fades back some. Hope this is helpful and hope it's not one you've already tried

I always try to stay up but usually can't make it. I love to watch the fireworks at the Seattle Space Needle, it is spectacular. Now that I don't have live TV, guess that won't happen.

Go online. I am sure there will be a live feed somewhere.

I haven't stayed up til midnight in years. Used to be fun when I was into drinking and crowds. Now I go to bed early and hope the midnight gunfire doesn't wake me up. Shooting is popular in my little redneck township.

Yesterday I dug out a bunch of spare KFL's. Got them all cleaned and coiled and wicked, took all day. Been meaning to do that for a long time so it would be easier to mix new recipes and try them out. Did some Lemos a couple of months ago. I decided to prime the wicks with base. In the past I've filled KFLs with dry wicks and no matter how long I leave them they seem to end up a bit burned.

I never start vaping without priming but I know that the kayfun's can be finicky....
