@hittman, if you change Wi-Fi channels you may have to go into the configuration for your smart TV's and manually set the new channel. Or you might be able to refresh / reboot them for those to see the newly selected channel. All depends on how 'smart' your smart TV's are.

Also, your PC's and Mac's might need to be rebooted as well. All depends.

Kind of sounds like a pain. I have two smart tv’s and the big one in the living room is old so I use a roku on it.

I forgot to mention, I have two gigabit Ethernet cables running to the tv and the tv box in the living room. I ran those years ago.

These days nearly everything has network connectivity. Changing network settings can be a pain but that all depends on how comfortable you are with changing network configurations.

That's cool. Changing Wi-Fi channel settings will not affect any devices (TV's or your Roku device) that are connected via Ethernet.

I just looked up Roku network settings. They have good info on changing network and Wi-Fi settings on their devices (if needed). Roku

If you do change Wi-Fi channels on your Fiber router you should see one of the following happen. Look at the signal strength bars on your devices connected via Wi-Fi.

    1) Wi-Fi signal gets stronger. Obviously you want the strongest signal.

    or

    2) Wi-Fi signal gets weaker (bad).

Yeah. He's awesome. He played at the Amphitheater here a while ago.
We saw Kevin Costner and Modern West in concert several years ago. It was an excellent concert. I enjoy all kinds of music. :thumb:

This song is pro video and sound from a concert in Basel, Switzerland. YT has the entire concert, look up Kevin Costner and Modern West live AVO Session, Basel, 2009.

I got to rant somewhere and I don't have any other place to rant. Feel free to scroll on down.

On Wed I went to a town meeting about our new levee. Work has just started but supply chain problems caused the price to escalate. To compensate they changed the plan and a dozen houses along the levee will have to be demolished. There are only 300 houses in the town, mostly small old houses. The ones that have to go are all big mansions built recently by millionaires who bribed the city to let them build their houses on top of the old levee so they would have nice views of the river. The original plan required using super expensive technology to swing the levee out behind their houses. Poetic justice in a way. Now they will use their money and influence and lawyers to try and stop the levee project. They won't succeed because by law the town gets to vote yea or nay on the new plan but it will delay the work by a couple of years. The engineers reckoned there was a 50% chance of the old levee failing within the next ten years.

Another meeting yesterday to hear about our conversion from septic to sewer. Not happy. The regs don't allow the old style gravity sewers. The city does the installation for free except for a $3000 connection fee. You have a large grinder buried in your yard which grinds the waste then pumps it up to the sewer line. That means the grinder is mine and I have to pay to maintain it and replace it if it breaks down. $3000 for a new grinder. Around $500 for a service visit if it gets clogged because there's only one company licensed to work on them. And it doesn't run if the power goes out so I have to buy a generator.

I hate politicians, bureaucrats, and rich people, but mostly rich people.

Hi everyone, long time lurker of the thread. Tobacco mixes only here, and all the gear is older stuff, so I never thought I had much to add to the thread. Enjoyed following along though.

Hangsen was my favorite tobacco flavor. Desert Ship, Highway, RY1 & 3. Still a few scattered places that sell it, but not sure if Hangsen is still making the tobacco flavors, or if the available flavors are just old stock.

Welcome! Feel free to post. Do you use NETS also? Nothing wrong with old gear if that works for you.

    Happy Saturday morning everyone!

I have one package that was waiting on part of the order to arrive at the other warehouse. That one shipped last night. The ripped package scenario is a possibility. I notice I am not the only one having issues as per reports in the vape mail ban thread.
I hope it's not that or that they've started running them through a scanner

Anyway I hope you get it eventually :)

That sounds like a nightmare, everybody with their own pumping station. Sounds like they are putting the burden all on the homeowners. I'd be pi$$ed.

Thanks! I have used NETS. I did my own extractions & filtering for a bit. I didn't like the daily wick change & dry burn though. I don't mind the commercial flavorings. They keep me satisfied. I still have the gear necessary to do NET. So I consider that a Plan B, in case the Puritans decide to mess with tobacco flavoring like they're screwing with everything else. Another way to be a little more self sufficient, if necessary.
