We just got a very little rain. Not as much as yesterday’s forecast said but enough to barely water the planted stuff decent.

Thanks. That's two contest wins after a long dry spell of not winning anything. This is a start of a really good week following another really good week. Plus, it's supposed to be a bit cooler today and maybe some rain.
I finally had to change out the coil in my Sensis after about 6-7 months. It's hitting like a dream now. I've got my cherry tobacco recipe in it. While I've been dogsitting, I've been using just the two Sensis, alternating them when the battery dies. Mom comes home on Friday and I get to go back home. Yeah!
My day to charge batteries. I charge every time I get four. So 4 18650’s on the charger. The only big battery I’m using right now is in my Brunhilde sbs. Lasts a long time.
I've been by my place on a regular basis to check the mail, water the plant, and to fetch various and sundry items, but I haven't slept in my own bed in two weeks. It'll be nice to sleep without a fat little dog hogging the bed.
I just thought of an easy way to come up with some recipes. I always have recipes that I don’t think are good enough for the blog. I still have most of those and I can rewrite them

So question for all you veteran mixers... how do you make Sweet&Tart chill out a bit without muting the entire recipe? even at .25% its practically body slamming every other flavor(sometimes @ 5%) into submission. Has to be some way to dull it down
I rarely use additives. If I want sweet and tart I use sweet and tart flavors.
