I don't shop at Sam's or Costco. Being just me, I don't have need for anything in such large quantities. And oftentimes the prices are the same at Wal-Mart without having to buy in bulk.

We do the premium membership which includes free shipping and sometimes earn cash rebates.

    Morning, mixers.

Another hot and dry day here, so another day of water and hide ;)

Our Costco membership is, essentially, free, after the annual "rebate" from purchases. Mostly non-perishable goods, or shelf stable. And coffee :) At about half the price of the same stuff elsewhere. Heck, for us, our annual coffee buy total might cover the membership!

Same here on the hot and dry.

I buy coffee from Sam’s in 40oz bags for work and home. It actually saves money by getting the premium membership. Each time I order online and get the free shipping is a time where we didn’t buy something that wasn’t on our list or didn’t need.

I don’t have sam’s club or Costco anywhere near me and they seem overwhelming. I do the Amazon prime though only because we get half price since my son is a student. Walmart suits me just fine and it’s closer and we are going today.

You must have a better Walmart. I hate ours. I almost never go and my wife will go maybe every 1-2 months.

Walmart haul done and we bought our meat at Piggly Wiggly so now we are ready for the next two weeks. A few months ago I started stocking for whatever the future may hold. We have a small grocery store downstairs. I buy extra here and there to store away. I’m exhausted and thinking about a nap.

I got a call from my father in law earlier asking me to come look at his air conditioner since it wasn’t working. Of course I got there and everything was fine. It worked perfect the whole time I was there. His unit is about 7 years old so I’m guessing it’s about due for a capacitor.

We just had a new central air unit installed on Tuesday the 9th. Old unit was 17 years old and wasn't cooling. Told me it had a leak at the A coil that couldn't be repaired. $3600 later house is cool, actually it was $3650, gave his young helper (hard worker) a $50 tip.

Ours was 20 years old when our A coil started leaking. The new furnace and AC are about two years old now.

I did five more mixes this weekend which puts me up to 27 in my steeping drawer right now.

"Strawberry Glazed Donuts" from ELR with two subs and one addition, two of my earlier random flavor combos expanded into more "proper" recipes, and two new random ones which can probably be considered actual recipes from the get go.
    Well, attempts at recipes anyway.

Worked in two of my new flavors as well.

Good evening. Only thing I mixed today was another 50ml of mix mint. I’m starting to crash already. I wish I could sleep a little later than 5 on the weekends.
No kidding. Monday comes too fast.
