    Now you know .
Yes I do. On the old barrel smoker I just let it fall and drip into the catch bucket. However, I love the ease of the pellet smoker and only opened it once to wrap the meat. Beats the heck out of going out every hour or so and adding wood or charcoal.

Is that how you do reviews? Then what, import the text into Word or something?

I know I can talk to text with my iPhone. Haven't played with that feature yet.
No, I type my reviews on a computer into Word so I can spell and grammar check before posting the review. It takes me hours to write a review and then probably another 30-60 minutes to actually post it by the time I insert links and copy and paste my text.

@FranC did you get the free 1176 page iPhone User Guide for your iPhone? It is very helpful.

You can download it from the Apple bookstore at no charge. At least I was able to when I got my phone a few years ago. The latest one is current with iOS the operating system that runs on your iPad and iPhone.

ETA: It covers everything about your phone. Mostly it covers all the free apps that come with the iPhone and how to use them.

But I never said I have an iPhone. My phone is actually a Samsung. Most apps I have no interest in.

Blog update: I'm pretty sure the hyperlinks are included in the character count, and that's why I can't save to my blog at the moment
    Try: https://tinyurl.com/app
or other such sites, will vastly shorten any URL you make. IDK if ECF filters them out or not though. Haven't tried it, let's give it a go:

But I've since learned to type with two thumbs on the phone!
I tease people at work that if they're having a hard time with typing on the keyboard, they can always just pick it up and type with their thumbs! :D

    Morning, mixers.

Another nice day here, and a pleasant 48 overnight. We will head back to the 80s, but not today!

I do not have any sweeteners, but lots of recipes call for them, which one is best?
I don’t know if it’s the best but most I see use cap super sweet. I have a few different ones.

I tend to use ethyl maltol, seems to be a bit less gunky than other sweeteners. :2c:

I'm not fond of sweet juices, I may have to rethink this. I noticed a lot of recipes call for sweetener, just leave the sweetener out of the recipe, or is there a sub?
A lot of folks like sweet mixes. I don't.
