Afternoon all, I have a virtual kidney doc appt this afternoon. My numbers were bad last time but I was juicing at the time and I've quit that - my protein numbers were through the roof and I think it overloaded my kidneys. I did bloodwork on the 8th and hopefully the numbers are better.

Ok, my work computer is back up and running. For now anyway. I double checked my backup to make sure I have everything being backed up daily. I hate switching work computers but I should be prepared if it starts messing up again.

FA Honey smells exactly like a decent bottle of honey. No cat pee smell whatsoever from the bottle or when vaping a mix using it. It's an excellent honey. Also, it is a super ultra concentrated flavor.

I use the toothpick method. Take a toothpick, stick it in the FA Honey bottle, pull it out (let any drops fall back into the btl) then put the toothpick in your mix and stir for 5-10 seconds.

I made a 10% dilution with some of my FA Honey.
Used that at 1% in one test mix so far. Will see (eventually...) if that works out or if I need to pick it.

Yes, I read that in the FA Honey flavor notes from ELR.
Pretty sure that is from HIC's FA flavor notes.
