ThanksNot sure who mixes with Salts here. But if you go to VU and search for how to make Nic Salts you should be able to find a recipe some guy got from the patent that was filed by JUUL. He used 50% so I imagine you could cut in half very easily.
If you use Citric Acid(CA) it comes in powder form so 1 level tsp is eq to approx 5ml
No no.You have to remind me in the morning!!.....LOL.@FranC heres your reminder to try your sft of FLV Granola![]()
Never tried a pod mod either.Good to see you tooI really like my little pod mod. I went from 10-15ml a day in my RDAs to 1-2ml a day in the Orion. I want to make my own liquid for it though.
Ok, reminder to self, remind Fran in the morningNo no.You have to remind me in the morning!!.....LOL.
I like mine a lot. Much more than I was expecting. The Orion has the DNA chip with replay. I have been using high wattage DL and building since 2013. The past couple months I have been high nic MTL. I don't even know me anymore lol. I found the 100ml base at NicRiv for $16.99 for a 250ml. That will make a liter. At 1-2 ml a day it should last me a couple years.Never tried a pod mod either.

The Lv Orion is an awesome little mod. The transition hasn't been bad at all. It is really satisfying as far as nic goes. Sometimes I need a big old hit so I take a squonker with me, but I don't use it very often. If my other Orion ever arrives from Eightvape I have two .25 coils with the order. I will set one up for DL and one for MTL. It has different power levels up to 40W with the .25 coils. I have the .5 now and am using the lowest power setting with the AF as small as I can get it and it is great. The LV Orions seem really popular. I’m seeing people talk about them all over social media. What was it like to go from DL RDAs to a pod?
If you are planning to go 25 and up I highly advise you get the highest level you can to start with (cant discuss it on here, hint hint) as it will color almost anything you make with it. I actually like NR salts. The Lv Orion is an awesome little mod. The transition hasn't been bad at all. It is really satisfying as far as nic goes. I ordered the 100 from NR. I am too nervous about using the other one.If you are planning to go 25 and up I highly advise you get the highest level you can to start with (cant discuss it on here, hint hint) as it will color almost anything you make with it. I actually like NR salts.
The ones I got are 30 and 50. I like the 30 but 50 is too strong. I will play with the levels a bit and see what works best. I'm going to try 12 for the wife though, she has 6 with normal nic in a pod but it isn't quite enough. I think 12 with salt will be just about right for herI mix with salts the same as I would freebase. I'm planted pretty firmly in the medium mg range. In a pod I would probably start at 12mg and go from there.
Salts and pods are all Greek to me...LOL.The ones I got are 30 and 50. I like the 30 but 50 is too strong. I will play with the levels a bit and see what works best. They are kind of a reinvention of 2011 vape tech. The aspire Nauti AIO uses Nautilus coils. The Orion has a disposable tank that can last from 2 weeks to a month depending on the juice. Refillable ones are a much much better version of my first setup (evod on an eGoT) disposable ones are a better version of the old cig-a-likes. I never messed with cig a likes or juuls. Too expensive for my blood.Salts and pods are all Greek to me...LOL.
Well cash is an issue with hubs unable to work but our vape gear is fine. Rather stuck in our ways anyway.......LOLThey are kind of a reinvention of 2011 vape tech. Nicotine salts are just a ph balanced form of nic base. It can be used the same as regular freebase. The calculations are the same. I remember how harsh 18mg was when I was starting out. Almost turned me off from vaping. It took a lot of willpower to stick with it. The same 18mg with salts has almost no TH. I never liked TH so it is a great thing for me.
Cool. I hope they come out with a rebuildable topper for it. It will give me a use for the 100 ft of 28ga wire I have had since 2013 lolWell cash is an issue with hubs unable to work but our vape gear is fine. Rather stuck in our ways anyway.......LOL
