I also have WF SC Chocolate Cookie Crust. I thought I was missing something. Gonna to try to browse flavors later today.
Added that... on the fence about cannoli shell. One review said:

    @FranC

Also to get back to the ruby chocolate tester. I mixed it on 11-30 @ 3%. Its taken until now for the taste to come through. Very light chocolate in color and taste. Probably best mixed in a recipe when you don't want a strong chocolate presence or maybe mixed with another choc to help smooth a recipe out. Not sure where I can fit it yet if ever...

    :)
Well that's not good. Mixed mine 12/7 at 4%. Haven't tried it yet.

OK,I cruised though the FLV stuff so far. Can I get opinions or available reviews for
    Berry Cheesecake
    Cookie Dough
    Fig
    Fried Dough
    Oatmeal Raisin
    Pastry Zest
    Wheat.
Fig will be too sweet for you I think. I like it, but it takes a good 4-6 weeks to settle down. Before that it’s syrupy and up front. YMMV of course

I have Cookie Dough and Oatmeal Raisin. Not used the cookie dough yet but have put the Oatmeal Raisin( @ .5%) into Fran's Cereal Bar Recipe by subbing it for FLV Cranberry(cause I didn't have it at the time). Not tested it yet, but will soon.

I have the reg FLV Fig and did not find it sweet. But I mixed it with FLV cranberry because I thought it was and I just do not like the combo at all.

Been looking at this list and 1 thing about FLV flavors is that they are extremely concentrated. ie. The Fried Dough starting % is a whopping .02%. They say any more than that ruins the mix and that seems to be the theme through out these flavorings. The rest are saying best at anywhere from 0.25-.50 %.

Went back and added them to the list. What about them makes them your favorites?

Taking more recommendations for BCF :D. Got my check for the invitations yesterday. She gave me a $40 “early delivery” bonus... apparently I’m being rewarded for actually doing what I said I would do....deliver them to her on Monday o_O. I’m not complaining, mind you, but it’s a sad commentary on current business practices if “on time” warrants a bonus.
The butterscotch is really creamy unlike most others. Its a real butterscotch and not a candy version. The caramel is the same way. Add butterscotch ripple to the order. It is the creamiest I have tried. Makes great ice cream and goes great in tobaccos like ry4's

Opinions or anything on INW Creme Brulee or Shortbread?
I used INW Creme Brulee in Creme Brulee Cheesecake, but have not done a sft. Tastes mostly of burnt sugar. I would only use this as an enhancer or background flavor.
    - 2% in the cheesecake mix
