OMG it went GREAT!! LOL I found my syringes right before I started the teaspoon method but I have to say (apart from like one shots where you can just SHOVE an amount in etc., the teaspoon method is cool! You can really count drops easily, you can (I gu)estimate how much of one flavor you have if you need say, half and if you want half you can just use the half teaspoon. No washing syringes constantly between flavors, either. Not to mention, they're metal all you need between mixes is a clean cloth to dry it off pretty thoroughly. No trying to get the syringe inside the dang bottle, or tilted, no slo-o-ow suckage of pesky flavoring into the syringe.
I had so much fun I made two extra mixes. I have 11 mixes (I don't need that many but I wanted them.)
If you really want to flavor like a cook, I highly recommend this method. If you want to be bakery precise, probably not. I will report back (the flavors I mean.) But like, for me it's not a huge issue, I felt much more like a cook than a scientist, it was way FUN.
I mean I didn't sneeze into my mixer or anything, but it was super IDK "organic" I think they will turn out great.
I also have like half my base back, I cleared away the detritus of my mixingness plus all the vapes the kiddo gave me back and now we can sell that table.
The only downside (for me) was like, by the end of all the return of the flavors to the refrigerator, well, I had an extra lid.
It's entirely possible that it was just random detritus but I mean it's ME so like, it's entirely possible in between screwing on flavor lids REALLY thoroughly I just tossed one in without a lid at all.
That would be fine if it was ONE flavor. But, it could make a whole box of flavors illegible if tilted correctly. I am not about to investigate, man. That is for sure. I also am tired, but I gotta move here.
I always feel this way after mixing but I'm happy I have a ton of mixes and also, have done my part toward moving today. So I shall sit. Etc.
