The builders will be back tomorrow and will hopefully get the roof covered with shingles.
Dd is good with drawing to scale. She has my new room all filled out space-wise so I know just how much wall space I will have for stuff. She is also giving me plenty of outlets. I love that.
I got off work early today. It was a light day and no major catastrophes. My truck was a piece of crap, but that's always the case. It sometimes wouldn't start. I think it was the ignition, which had been switched out in the past, probably replacing a worn out part with one scavenged from another truck. At one point, I thought I wasn't going to be able to get the thing started and would have to call in for help...again. I got it started, though.
Well, dinner is in the oven and after dinner I can watch something on tv or read so as not to be bored. Doesn't help much now.
I'm definitely glad i finished work early. It's now raining and thundering. I had brought a raincoat with me, but I didn’t need it. If I hadn't have brought the coat, I'd have certainly been out delivering packages in this.
I got the old light off and had to spackle some holes so I’m waiting to put up the new one until I can sand.
Mostly typical Sunday things.
Worked on a few recipes that I can't mix until I empty some tester bottles.
Or use a bigger bottle. Thought about it, haha.
