Had a little spurt of sun so I took my coffee out. Sun didn’t last but it was warm enough so I stayed out til a chilly breeze came along.

Seems they might have guessed right about just one hot day and then back to average.Clouds rolled in late, so not much cooling, but still grey.

Good Morning! 69 and sunny here and it actually rained yesterday, so no watering the flowers and my little garden.
I was going to save the job of stripping the bed and washing sheets etc for when I have an empty house. Then I had the thought that there’s nothing enjoyable about the job so I’m doing it today.
I need to wash my bedspread also but that can wait. I just changed the sheets and put the bedspread back on before I noticed 2 little stains.
I had no plans to take the bedspread back off and wash it but that’s what I’m doing. Didn’t want to drag it out to another day.
I had no work for today and have just been putzing around the house so far.
I did mix up one tester this morning which used up my last clean bottle. I have about ten that are ready to wash so might do that later.

Progress……first was including sheets are all folded and put away. Bedspread in dryer. Soon laundry will be done and back where it belongs.
One more full day before they go on vacation. Can’t wait to make a mess. Right now I never know when someone wants to go through my room. SIL was in there last night putting up a light.

The weather said for today, 68, mostly cloudy with rain. It is in fact a mostly sunny 80. No rain as yet.
Day 2 of VBS is in the history books. The kids got rained on, but it had stopped raining by the time I left. The fast kids have already finished up their first rosaries and started on a second. All the kids are coming along with their rosaries.
I have another empty bottle and another close behind. They will be gone later for the kid’s baseball game. I may clean my bottles then.
You mean shorts?I'm trying to get used to short pants. I hardly wore them when I worked as I was on call 24/7. Threw out the steel toe boots too.
