The group I was in at IBM had a very irritating micromanaging boss. One day 12 of us walked into his bosses office, a vice president, and explained what had been going on ever since he promoted the guy to our manager. The VP listened, asked many questions and then thanked us for bringing everything to his attention.

Our boss was then called into the VP's office. Two hours later our boss was cleaning out his office. The VP told us the guy resigned. He was our boss for only 8 months. Someone from our group was then promoted to manager. That person turned out to be an excellent manager.

My BCF wish list started with a bottle of Earl Grey. I do have some now but my bottle is so old I wanted a fresh one before I try it. I remember I used to like it and hoping I still do cause I'm getting 30ml. The TFA's 30ml sizes aren't bad but the 30ml of FLV Bourbon is a bit pricy. I do like it though.
Earl Grey was one of the first flavors I tried, because I love Earl Grey tea. I like it but for some reason I vape it for a while then get bored with it. Couple of times a year I make some up.

Had to take a trip out to rural Indiana today. In the car, then indoors when we got there. The canadian air still got to me. On the way back a big storm arrived just as we hit Indianapolis. Major winds and rain so heavy it was hard to see the lane you were driving in. Trees were blowing down and half the traffic lights were out. Took a long time to make it home.

The smoke must have affected my lungs, I hardly touched the vape all day.

I started out with 10%. It was TFA. Found the recipe on here somewhere. Mixes were more flavor heavy back them, maybe that was OK in a Pro Tank at 1.6. Now I use 4%. With 1% vanilla and 2% cream.

I’m trying to make myself work on a review but am struggling. We’ve been so short handed that I haven’t been getting a lunch uninterrupted. I had to take two calls today while on lunch. Sometimes I try to write while on lunch to get the reviews done quicker but haven’t been able to do that.

Sounds like your whole work situation bites.

In my last software job I ran system testing for a major new system so I couldn't be attached to any of the development teams and I reported to the VP for 3 years.

When the system went live I was moved to a regular team with a new manager. He was a techie hot shot but he had never managed anything. He sat in his office for a couple of weeks with the door closed reading personnel files and project reports. Decided he was too smart to do it like all the other managers, he would figure it all out from scratch with his giant brain.

A month in he screwed me over with my annual review. He didn't talk to my previous manager, the VP, didn't even get a copy of my previous review. Pretty sure he wrote it in the morning before my interview. Marked me way down from the last review which would have lined me up for a formal process. He lost that fight, the VP gave him a reaming and I got a new review. That was the first of many disasters in his reign. He started wars with the other managers. Several people requested transfers. He and the team were moved under an experienced senior manager so he could be intensively mentored.

Years after I retired I met someone from that job and apparently the guy became a really good and popular manager and he just got promoted to VP. Redemption is possible I guess.

We usually have just enough people to get everything done but right now we’re three people short and it’s taking a toll on everyone there. It will get better with time but right now it does suck.

    Good morning :)

It's been a while and I hope you're all well. I drastically changed my life by quitting my career of fishing and now I work for the post office. I've had a dramatic change and improvement in mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I absolutely love working for the PO and it's a solid foundation to be upon while I continue to improve my/our lives. I view it as a stepping stone toward my master plan, but "worst" case scenario is that stay with the post office.. which isn't a bad thing at all. The longer you work there, the better. There's tons of different roles and opportunities within the USPS. My master plan of landing a job as a software developer may very well end up with the post office. Fully remote, benefits, health insurance, union, etc.

And I'm sure you all know this, but just ICYMI, BCF has a sale :)

Can the new company help with that?
