I'm coming over, because I'm having a frozen pizza (again , wife is still away). I can chef it up quite well, but I just don't have or don't want to take the time for a home cooked meal.

I did some mixing and as I was putting things away, I realized I didn't do the planned SFT of Mango Mousse. It was that kind of day.

Since it will be another week or two before I mix again, for those of you who have mixed it - any updates on how it was and any recommendations?

On the positive side, SMT's Creamy Cannoli is now steeping, along with Crazy Mango, and Banana Moon Pie in honor of Skeebo's return

Why yes, of course.

It's just a little two flavor recipe from October 2021. Started out as an SFT of WF Grape Juice.

WF Grape Juice 1%
FA Concord Grape 1 drop per 10mls


SFT notes on WF Grape Juice:

Filled a tank with WF Grape Juice earlier. It's nice, very smooth. At 1% it tastes very much like Welch's grape juice. As far as sweetness goes, imagine Welch's grape juice dialed back a few notches. It could easily be pulled back by adding a drop or two of FA Grape Concord. And I will do that for my own knowledge. WF Grape Juice is a tasty and refreshing flavor.

Additional notes after I added FA Grape Concord:

I added 1 drop of FA Grape Concord to my 10ml bottle of 1% WF Grape Juice. FA Grape Concord is an ultra concentrate (strong emphasis on ultra). Grape Concord added a touch of bitterness and also enhanced the grape juice flavor. 2 drops would have brought Grape Concord to the front. I didn't want that. It lowered the sweetness of the Grape Juice as I thought it would. I am very happy with this. It has a much nicer balance.

Went further with both the above by adding 3% FW Yogurt. That made it a rather tasty grape yogurt.

And also did another one with one of my ice cream bases (was also good). I'm sure it would be good with any of the milkshake flavors too.

I liked the mango mousse. It has a bit of a bite to it so would probably do well with a second mango and possibly a cream.
