Have you ever used lemon zest or pastry zest to add a zest note?all the mango love here got me looking around for some new ideas.......

CAP Cake Batter 0.5% - adds moistness
FLV Cream 0.7%
SSA Clotted Cream 1%
FLV Ripe Mango 1%
FLV Sweet Mango 0.7%
FA Blood Orange 0.5% - to add a light zesty note
percents might change slightly between now and whenever i mix it
i might pull one of the FLV mangoes and use VTA Passion Fruit & Mango instead
the Flavor Bible says mango works beautifully with passion fruit and orange
i'm kinda leaning that way........

Oh, I was going through some of your tips and advice that you've shared with us and ripped some of those for another version of Mango Knights.
I remembered that you have the FLV mango pairing, at least one yogurt base, and found some strawberry advice that you gave me for one of my early mixing attempts and cobbled this together,
I have doubts that it is as easy as just throw all of them together and it will work, but it's a starting point.

With the WF Frozen Yogurt in the mix, I would lower FW Yogurt to 2%.
WF Frozen Yogurt isn't a yogurt per se, it is a fine neutral cream that will work well in nearly any mix. FW Yogurt is a real yogurt. Combined the two will make a really nice creamy light yogurt base.
If you want your mix to be strawberry forward, leave it as is. If you want to taste more of the mango, then lower FA Juicy Strawberry to 1.5%. Doing so will give you a tasty balance between the strawberry and mango.
That will work out nicely, with a very short steep (7-10 days for 10mls). And personally, I would absolutely vape it straight off the mix. With those flavors it won't need a very long steep.

The adjustments aren't as much as I thought they could be.
Yours will most likely be ready before mine, I have quite a backlog of unmixed ideas.
52 recipes just in December so far, haha.
(many of those are slight variations or adjusted recipes though)
