With all the talk about mango, I feel like I need to mix some. I like the idea about mango and the vt passion fruit.

Have you tried MangoDans World famous Paradise Mango with WF Mango Mousse?

I checked NomNomz. The Lemon Tart one shot is on the site but out of stock. The Blackberry Crumble isn't there at all.

It's not just dinner lady one shots that have disappeared at Nom Nomz, I was interested in buying Drake net tobacco but most of it had been removed from the site before I could order.

I have not. Is it in the blog? I did just go downstairs and did a quick mango mix on the fly. I’m going to try it in the morning. What an Xmas present right?

This looks tasty, but I only have CAP Vanilla Cupcake. Would that do? Same percentage?

I'm also curious about which mango you'll pull if you sub VTA Passion Fruit and Mango and the percentage at which you'll mix the VTA.

Yes, CAP Vanilla Cupcake will work fine and at the same percentage.

Alternatively, FW White Cake at the same percentage will also work. I mean, a cupcake is just a much smaller cake.
And well, basically, nearly any cake flavor will work for a cupcake mix.

Which FLV mango to drop? I haven't decided yet. Hmmm.

They're both good, decisions........ brand new plan!!!

Flip a coin..... Heads = drop FLV Sweet Mango / Tails = drop FLV Ripe Mango

and Heads it is, so........ I'm dropping FLV Sweet Mango
I did 2 out of 3. LOL

VTA Passion Fruit & Mango, I'm planning on going with 1%....... so it stays balanced with the other fruits %'s (my hope).
Looking at the last mix I did with it, at 1.5%, my notes say to try it at 1% the next time I use it in a mix.

Knowing this hasn't been mixed yet, I don't know how it will turn out, but I do have a good vibe about this.

I will likely mix this tomorrow morning, if I change the percentages, I'll post the new recipe.

but for now, here is the updated recipe......

FW Vanilla Cupcake 2.6%
CAP Cake Batter 0.5%
FLV Cream 0.7%
SSA Clotted Cream 1%
FLV Ripe Mango 1%
VTA Passion Fruit & Mango 1%
FA Blood Orange 0.75% ---> bumped up by 0.25% due to the addition of VTA PF&M

CAP Vanilla Cupcake 2.6% (sub for FW Vanilla Cupcake)

FW White Cake 2.6% (sub for FW Vanilla Cupcake)

I just made quesadillas and cheese dip for dinner. Simple and easy. Tomorrow will be busy after opening presents. We have a lot of baking and preparing to do. My daughter and her boyfriend are coming at 3 to exchange presents with the wife and I then everyone else is coming at 4. I think the wife is going to make spritz cookies tonight still.
