Ugh yesterday was an epic train wreck FAIL. All those reality TV shows that show crazy nut ball houses pre like, rehab that I thought were staged? I AM NOT SO SURE NOW. And, they are trying to RENT them to ME.
We liked ONE place, and half liked ONE other. We also saw things that I backed hastily away from as soon as I crossed the entryway. I hope the husband did not ruin our chance at the GOOD house (long story) but otherwise.... IDK the other place was okay except the little dog would have a tiny yard and two Doberman dogs on either side. Not sure how he'd cope.....
Also, having to come to terms that Douglas is OLD. Unless we rent another apartment (we can't little dog) it's like crazy, 1940s cabinetry and stoves and I saw things that made me faint practically. Because it's ONE thing to buy a crack house and rehab it but to just RENT and live with that stuff?
I am gonna make the husband call them after he and I wake up I was up late last night having a giant argument. Sigh.

No word from Wizard Labs yet. Or from ECX about the two flavors I want to add to my order. I'm not surprised--it is the weekend, after all.
I found OOO Rice Pudding on Amazon, shipped free. Much better deal than buying directly from OOO. I was pleased.

It's not the border so much, it's more like..... Douglas is OLD. There isn't much incentive to update, etc. So this place actually IS livable, they updated, tore out the carpet, it is in a nice neighborhood, etc.
But, I'm SO happy about this, the other ones were terrifying.
We can't rent "new" condo/townhome etc because of the dog. But, I am really relieved.

Well the WF White Fudge does not have much taste for me at all. The FW White Chocolate is surprisingly tasty for a white chocolate. Still have to do an sft of the LOVE.
Forgot to mention that I entered all fifty-five of my flavors on ELR in the wee hours this morning.
I like the TFA Ruby Chocolate. To me it's a decent chocolate with a hint of red berries.

While organizing, I tried Fran’s hazelnut cookie that I mixed back in December. It’s pretty darn good. I pulled three random flavors from my last order and put them in a mix. I’ve come up with a couple keepers before doing that.
I got my coils wicked and the cat jumped down off my lap so I'm trying the OOO Cheesecake. I don't like it.Tastes crappy to me. Gave the Smoked Plum I mixed back in July another try and it's still way too sweet. I'm liking the FLV Milk Chocolate and I am done!!.I'm pretty proud of myself for finally getting through all the sft's. I might have a couple more in my flavor drawer but I'm not even looking right now.Not looking for the sft's I have to do right now either.

It's funny that I was in such a hurry for the Flapper Pie and I haven't even mixed with it yet. I think I'm not mixing more right now and that will give me time to work up a recipe I'm happy with. I actually have several recipes and recipe ideas written up for when I mix again. I really need to get through some stuff already mixed. I did this once before and it just got out of hand again,
