I make the same insanely complicated smoothie every day, although I've dropped my consumption from three large tankards, providing five servings of fruits/vegs and a ton of protein, to two, and now to one. The recipe is far too ridiculous to share.

Do you still add spirulina to yours?

It's one of the ingredients in my smoothies.

But I also have a 16oz glass of water with spirulina added, mix and drink. Yum!

Occasionally we use DIY flavor concentrates in our smoothies. They boost the overall flavor.

This from OOO Flavors......

The store we shop at has protein powder. Dd buys it. I'm sure they have unflavored cause they have all kinds of different.
I make my own protein powder (did so today, in fact): organic powdered milk, brewer's yeast, hemp protein, black walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds. I've never calculated how much it costs. A fortune, probably.

The spirulina I add separately.

Do you soak your chia, flax and sunflower seeds overnight?

Guessing you likely do.

next time i make my peaches and cream i will add 0.5% FA White Peach

FA WP is a very accurate white peach flavor. SSA Ripe Peach + FA WP combined will deliver a more complete tasting WP profile.

will also add some FA Graham Crust for some texture and a light bakery note
