It is currantly 29 here and the weather says we'll get to 40. Weather says partly clouldy but we haven't seen any sun yet.
Nope. I grind 'em up, along with the nuts, and then add everything to the already powdered ingredients.

FWIW, a small amount of FA Pear (0.5% - 1%) will tame and sweeten the peaches. It will not be noticeable as a pear note.
The peach and berry will taste "baked" if accented with brown sugar (0.75% - 1% TPA BS) or a light percentage of FA Liquid Amber (0.5% - 0.75%). Either one will do the same for nearly any baked fruit mix.
